I agree and that's why I hope he ends up there!  I also hope he gets that huge salary that his agent thinks he's worth.  

Is Harris not more a product of the Argos system? He actually didn't look that good in the last part of the season and lost his starters role deservedly so ...

Not the savior but better than Price and Smith.  Having said that, being in a Milanovich offence doesn't hurt. 

Jones was able to win with Matt Nichols and an injured Mike Reilly, I'm sure he could win with Trevor Harris(who is a good QB in his own right).

I'm not saying you're wrong, but there's a lot more to that Esks offense than just the QBs. That whole team was a lot deeper/more talented than the Riders currently are. I have no doubt Jones is going to do some serious house-cleaning and make a ton of changes, but still....long way to go.....

I forgot to mention the fact that they also won a game where Mike Reilly went 7/22 for 49 yards and a pick. If Jones can bring the Edmonton D to Saskatchewan, it doesn't really matter if they have an elite QB or not.

Well if they finish 8-10 or 10-8 or 9-9 still probably 3-4 more wins the Kumbaya sing along MOSS group in the Peg. But the group hugs will be better in the Peg!

It somewhat sickens me that people on this site, this bomber fan site, keep crapping on the bombers and yet at the same time, are just falling in love with the Riders? Perhaps it's time some of you change your pics to rider colors.

I don't really care what Sask record is. What is clearly more important is that Wpg has a better record then Sask. If not that should be the death nail for the current regime.

The reason people are impressed with Sask is that they canned a loser and signed a proven winner.

They cut fat and appear to be making big moves.

We stay put, hired a proven loser and have not made any big changes.

We fired our OC. That's a pretty big move. With a half decent O last year, we win more games. Not sure why people think the bombers are that far away from competing.. give them a competent O and they will surprise some people. They have some talent here.

Jones is a proven winner but they still have a lot of work to do. To assume they become instant contenders is foolish.
