Riders dont need a powerhouse by 2016.  They'll need improvement in 2016 with becoming a powerhouse in 2017

So every big time coach and gm has apparently rumoured to go to Saskatchewan. I didn't realize that everyone wants to quit there comfy jobs to move to a shitty place with a really poor team.

If they're massively overpayed and being given a promotion, it makes sense to me....
