Dinwiddie no longer OC in Montreal

Tom Higgins announced that the team has hired Anthony Calvillo as an offensive coach.

Ryan Dinwiddie is staying, but will not be the offensive coordinator - not a surprise, he wasn't calling the plays towards the end of the year.

Jeff Garcia won't return, and neither will RB coach Mark Speckman.

Turk Schonert stays, as does all the defensive coaches.

So, to sum: Alouettes will need an OC, QB Coach (Calvillo?), and RB Coach.

Considering his strongest attribute is "being Jeff Garcia", not sure why he's considered must-have.

He probably deserves the most credit for turning around the Als season. But he seems pretty set on either being a HC or going back to his beach side mansion in California to be with his Playboy wife. Must be a rough life for Mr Garcia...

Doesn't this mean that Calvillo is destined to be the O.C.?

And here I thought Popp was going to announce that they had stolen MB from us...

Wouldn't be surprised to see Garcia end up as BC OC...

Benevides down to us, Sask or... ?

If Tedford goes to BC, I can't imagine it's anybody other than Cortez as the OC.

He will need a guy who has been around for a while to help ease him back in, and they have worked together twice before.

Does Jeff Garcia has a place in the Bombers coaching staff?

Huh?  We don't have any coaching vacanies.

Are you sure?  Does anybody actually know that?  Bombers have kept us in the dark either way.  Great fan engagement.

Sounds like you've been drinking a big ol' can of:

Someone please explain why this guy would leave home to coach football and be separated from his assets.  I don't get it.

If say his strongest attribute is his wife. Especially when she appeared for WWE. There was a live segment where the other divas cut promos on her and almost got them thrown off the air. Classic.

Link????

Off the top Jeff's got at least two good reasons to smile.

The release on the Als website makes no mention of Shonert returning. I would imagine if he were back he'd be OC, no?
