In the coaching profession there's no shame in being fired. Mike could move on from here having learned some valuable lessons. He could go on working in the league and continue to learn. 10 years from now he might be ready to be a HC and we could give him another opportunity then.If there is one thing MOS should have learned after 2 years as our HC it's that he's not ready to be a HC and he should resign. If he's too delusional to know even that, then he needs to be fired for the sake of the football team and it's fans. You might be on to something here. This wisdom might be bang on.

If Miller hands MOS a sheet of paper with a list of three candidates but accidently the short stubby finger lingers over his preferred candidate, is that meddling? Yes. What I meant was that lets say O'Shea is interested in a guy to be an assistant next year. In order to maintain good relationships with his peers, Wade might make the call, instead of O'Shea. That's what I hope is happening and this isn't Wade going off on his own.

According to Kirk Penton's weekly column, Wade Miller is already contacting other teams assistant coaches for opportunities with the Bombers next year. I don't understand the criticism of the Waggoner pick. If he's a first round talent, who cares what year we got him. If anything, it gives us extra time to develop him. Henoc only played special teams his first year, just like Waggoner this year. I could definetly see Waggoner taking on a bigger role on defense in 2016.

Goveia runs most of the free agent camps. If that's all he does it's a waste of money. I would hope he's on the road trying to find players as well. I'd assume he does that too, but he's most visible on the free agent camps.

You don't consider Darvin Adams as a premier receiver? I think he has done pretty well, considering the quarterbacking we've had this year. The other lacks, I agree with.The Argos recruited Darvin Adams.
