He's an import but yeah he seems like a good under the radar guy.

I like Robestelli as an up and coming import that may be an odd man out in Sask. Who shouldn't command a huge price, maybe not even second tier pay and KSB, sure some injuries, but again probably the odd man out in Sask. And should be in the second tier of Cdn pay, but has potential to be 1a,1b with Demski.

the thing is all Walters did was look at the under the radar guys. we need more than that at the receiver position.

You mean Kurley Gittens Jr. Sure, he'd be okay. He had a disappointing season in Edmonton nwhere his production was down. I believe he was injured. .

Not sure that's true of Gittens. He only missed one game this year (and only one last year as well).  He did miss half of the 2023 season but played all 18 games in 2022.

Ugh, Kian Schaefer baker is probably the most over rated receiver out there. 

I'd take a flyer on Gittens with a bounce back year though.

I don't even know I'd say Gittens needs abounce back year as much as a change of scenery.  The L's just sucked and if he doesn't have Ford cosplaying as a legitimate QB, maybe he cracks 1k yards? 

He was still their 2nd leading receiver (50 yards behind Julien-Grant with one less game played) so he was performing as well as one could on that team.

I think Gittens and Demski would be a nice national receiving duo. Ayden Eberhardt may be poised for a breakout. Demski/Gittens/Wilson/Eberhardt and whomever as a 5th guy is potentially an upgrade over last year.

Sure. Why not? I'm not expecting this offs season to be any better than last. Someone like Nield would do well, here. We also shouldn't be so high & mighty cuz we know all Walters will do is find the cheapest bang for the buck in free agency.

Gittens? Speaking of free agents... This is Kyle Walters we're talking about. We all know DT is another position we need to majorly upgrade. Jaylon Hutchings was a CFL All Star in calgary. My expectation is the bar won't be set very high. We have no chance of signing him but hey, we all know that Walters & Osh will bring back Jake.
