The D did themselves no favours not getting off the field early in the game.

I hope Alexander plays just awful next week. Cannot get over how awful an impression I got of him as just an actual person.

Biggest game of the year........and this D served up a plate of Total Futility on D today.   

Spotting any team 21 points in a half is not building for a great outcome.

 

And just like that Zach finishes his career like he played this year.  with an int.

 

Well it will be a wild offseason 

We had the lead for all of 30 secs.   And then a costly fumble by BO .   Defense **** the bed all day.  

Fitting play to end the season.

I know but the blue has lived and died with dominating defefensive play until this year and part of last year where you could see the cracks.

The o is also to blame but the d needed to get them the ball back and didn't

They extended ZC after last season so I would not be surprised if something like that happens.

A great offence can atone for a lousy defence and vice versa, but this year we had neither. Special teams were a bit of a bright spot, but that's all.

Can't say I'm surprised at the loss, but still feels very disappointing, especially having the GC in our barn. Having said that if only one change comes of all this ,its that the Smirk wont be back coaching next year.

It better consist of dumping Hogans ass, Thomas, maybe Younger, Kola, and many others. Walters dropped the ball enormously in the off-season for a chance to build up a top end roster to win it all on home soil. This season was an incredible failure everywhere.

We were outmatched today.

Our defense was the strength of this team all season. Not today. Defense got clubbed, stomped on, and thrown around like a rag-doll.

Offense had one great quarter. But maybe 33 points should be enough to win most games.

Montreal was my pick at the start of the season to win the Cup.

Hopefully management puts serious work on the lines. We need better pressure on D and better protection. Build from the lines out.

Have a great offseason. Don't take anything for granted, I wish everyone the best and most importantly, good health. Let's do it again in the spring.
