So the game is meaningless from our end as we can't pass Calgary and BC. Its the ESF for us. To me, they should sit Zach to keep him healthy. I'd also like to see Shay and Smith gets reps at linebacker. Call me crazy, but it would be nice to see our two high draft picks get actual reps on D.

If Kramdi is out, I'd like to see Smith start at his spot.

Alexander expects to play the whole game. I guess they don't really need to worry about him getting hurt if we don't touch him.

Are we actually going to make two changes in the secondary with PR DB's at the same time we don't dress Kramdi and put Person on the PR?  Anyone know whether these DB's are DHB's or CB's?

Finish in 1st and then you get a home game and a chance to rest veterans.  There is no guarantee we don't suffer serious injury in any game even if we sit a few starters. It only takes one play. Oliveria got injured on the 4th play of his 1st game this year.  I should point out we rested many veterans to end the last 3 seasons, still ended up with critical injuries and lost 3 Grey Cups in a row.  When you play scared you end up losing. 

A handful of Bomber fans on the road is always a good thing.

I could see shutting down the old guys, but why would you take the young guys in need of reps off lmao 

No Person and Woods is doubtful, and they bring on 2 DBs?  So the old farts will play with no relief?  Thomas on for 90% of the snaps?  How about some DL guys being brought up?  Give Bailey a shot?  Resurrect Adams?  I guess some of this could still happen, but I feel I’ll be cursing when the game day roster comes out.

Last time it was mentioned someone to the PR he ended up staying on the AR and playing so I’ll wait and see. I thought maybe we’d see a few of the D line guys play for sure. Bailey and a tackle. I mean game means nothing. We are going to be crossing over. Making the quantum leap. Play some of the guys who haven’t played but been here a while game. 2 weeks matters. Not tomorrow. And the ALS are the likely opponent also so save it for 2 weeks.

If we’re cleaning up and in first place can somewhat tolerate players who are not producing getting a free pass but being a real average middle of the road team that tolerance turns into irritation.

Trying to get them hurt so that can justify replacing them?

The worst part about this is that the Bombers will pull a rabbit out of their ass and somehow win with Streveler having -70 net passing yards or something ridiculous and the riff raff will come out and be like 'bUt StReVeLeR jUsT wInS gAmEs'

I don't hate this (as painful as it will be to watch most likely).  We're going to be showing Montreal very little and giving some key guys a rest.  I hope they give Smith & Shay a lot of reps, even if they aren't starting (same with Terry Wilson).

At the least, I don’t mind seeing if the new DE’s can do anything

I see one rookie to cheer for #54 Jenkins but that might end up being from the couch not my seats, 

This doesn't look like a team that preaches 1-0 every week, and please don't roll out Osh's BS "They are ALL STARTERS!!!" I can't help but feel like this is the first of back to back losses to the Larks and an early end to our season.

They always list the vets that are on the roster as starters, doesn't mean much in terms of play time in this type of game

Really thought the O-1s would want a few reps but I guess you can only roster so many... I'm good with getting healthy and making a rip through the East.... Let's go!

Honestly the defence doesn't look bad.......We got nothing from our D-line for the most part so a couple new ends, get a chance to maybe show something.....

Like the look of the D actually.  Hope the young DEs show well and we can see Shay and Smith get some reps. 

Resting who they did makes sense for the most part. Either young guy who is our only hope to win in the playoffs (Vaval, BO, Pokey) or old guys that could use a rest (Zach, Bryant, Willie and Vaughters). 

I do wonder if they aren't happy with Person's play and are auditioning the other young DEs.
