OL with 3 Americans would give us a good running attack. 

Need a change on the interior of the OL. I dunno which one first but someone.... need some receivers other than Demski who can make a play. Stearns is OK but not a top 2 type guy. Need some play calls that work with what they have... so yeah there's problems on O. Mitchell sits for this? aye yi yi.

Kola first. Yeah even if we get Wilson back we still aren’t half way to fixing our wr core. 

Concoran really struggled blocking tonight.  His man totally blew up a promising looking sweep play in the 1st half and then he got caught blocking towards his endzone and aborted a drive.

Had good position on the Wheatfall pitch...Wheatfall kept pressing the sideline instead of cutting up.

There's a real lack of play making ability in the receiving corps at the moment. Bunch of OK guys, only Demski can make a play reliably and he's still better suited being 3 or lower in a truly good group.

Doug Brown said on the pregame show that he believes there is an internal issue for why Mitchell isn't starting. When Ed Tait pushed back, Doug said: "I've seen this happen in locker rooms."

so FI or FO... if he's not fitting in why even keep him around? Go find someone else who can contribute. 

Taylor was very quick to point out that it's NOT an attitude thing. Said he talked to a number of people in both Edmonton and Winnipeg who said Mitchell is a great guy and everyone likes him. But who knows for sure without being in the room...

Doesn't make much sense to me.  If he's toxic, you'd send him out.

My feeling.  The OC doesn't like him and won't use him.  Walters/MOS signed him.  They need to challenge the O this week how the challenged the D and DC this week.

No reason why Mitchell shouldn't be on for Cooley.  Let him be depth on O, let him be the 2nd returner on kicks.

We have nothing at receiver.  Find a spark.  Spend a few hours brainstorming on packages to use Mitchell and Wheatfall...play Mitchell at Z ffs.

Only thing I could think is he’s a well liked joker type, but just doesn’t take things serious enough. Maybe doesn’t put in the effort with film study and practice, maybe wings his snaps and expects his talent/athleticism to carry. Like manziel.

Totally agree. Someone needs to tell Hogan his O sucks and he needs to use Mitchell

One reason why they brought him onto the roster in favour of Mitchell was because “he did the dirty stuff” and blocks on run plays.
 

My immediate reaction watching that and a number of other plays unfold was: Would help if he did that **** well.
