Got used to the new graphics pretty quickly. Thought Smith sounded like he was commentating through a fisher price megaphone but maybe it was just my TV.

I'm sure Dyce is a nice guy but as a HC he is in over his head.

Brown makes the best of it, but hard to stay healthy or buy time when the 9:05 motors through at least once per quarter and runs the poor guy over.  Hope O'Shea took notes, Mace is copying the Argo plan.  O-line has to be solid from the start this year or they'll end up Zachless.

Ott needs to practice form tackling......

Either Ott has a week O-line or Sask. has a very good D-line.......

Sask. O-line considering they had some 3rd and 4th's on it actually did really well considering and gave Harriss the time he needed.....

AJ, may not get back on the field if the Canadian kid get's an extended audition, he ran hard.....

Sask. was better prepared and better coached this game, which is half crazy to think about with the substitutions they had....

Yeah if SSK was smart, they'd immediately sign fletcher and let AJ go when he's healthy.

Dyce needs a math teacher to help him with when to use his timeouts.  HINT: Use them when they allow you to score points.

Ottawa looks like they need a lot of work....Not a great start for them...They better hope that the game last night wasn't indicative of the way their season will unfold....Could be the coach they signed long term will be short termed as it looks like they haven't improved in that area at all....Ex leos coach waiting in the wings ???? making things a little dicey...hmmmm

Yes, he was. Either would be a huge upgrade imo. Really like brown. 

Sask dropped 31 on them and some think the D coach gonna replace dyce. Appears the reDblacks biggest issue is the D. Dru and the O put up 500 yards of O.

Fletcher would be a natural for the Stamps offense. 

What good is a qb throwing all over the place & 500 yards offense if they lose? I guess the consolation is the offeensse looked good burning to the ground. Brown threw all over the field. really didn't test the Rider defense on deep routes much. Basically Drew threw 3 touchdown passes but when he had to score late in the game he couldn't. JBR raves about his arm. I don't see it. He threw a lot of underneath & mid range passes. His accuracy was top notch but it wasn't good enough. He can't run to save his lif even when he's healthy. There seems to be no fire with Brown. Just a guy chillin' all the time. Guys in the huddle need to believe that he'll do whatever it takes to win. That was Jake Maier's problem. He inspires no one. The RedBlacks offense is Calgary 2.0. Brown will continue to put up big numbers but how many games will Ottawa win with that defense??

QBs have had 5000 yard seasons but their team missed the playoffs. Playing on a team that's missing other pieces, does not make Dru Brown a bad QB.

100% turnover in the secondary from last season might not be the way to go.

Ottawa's secondary was 100% bad last year, and this year too. Might not be personnel.

Learn quickly? Dyce has had all kinds of time. He's a STC not a HC. What's going to save him is he's in the first year of probably a 3 year deal. Why they reupped him is a good question.

You may be right but I hope you’re wrong. BD is just a guy who is so easy to cheer for. I just hope he ends up where he best contributes.
