Foster pops through the A gap for 35 yards....TO set up again
Arbuckle has wide open guy and hits him inside the 5.....
Spearing penalty on the play has it on the 1.  QB sneak.  TD.
29-15.  Huge TOP differential may have worn down Blue D

We are three games in... and our DL needs to win the game on turnovers or nothing...

What car dealership or hot tub sales position can bring Medlock out of retirement

Medlock was worth every single penny and gum wrappers stuck to those pennies from the car seat. I doubt he'd come back,he's got little ones and went out on the highest note. Maybe we can start a go fund me to bring Medlock back?!?!

Just my take on the Argos.

They will win many games because of the the roster they have assembled. This roster is loaded with high end expensive talent from across the league,  that their previous teams couldn't afford to keep, due to their salaries.

Some how, Mr. Shenanigan (Mr. Michael Clemons) has been able to get these outstanding players under contract. Will they come in under the salary cap structure? Yes they will!!! How, who knows, creative accounting, probably or a whole bunch of personal services contracts. But, I'm waiting to see the numbers at year end.

Watching, that game yesterday, less than 10000 in the stands, most of the reporters out there hoping for the 4 down football (hello, Mr. Naylor), wow, wow, nice!!!.

Toronto doesn't deserve that talent, let alone a CFL team. The rest of the CFL teams are playing within a "so called structure". The fans throughout the CFL cities don't need to endure that crap show out of the "Big Smoke", including the fabrication of following the rules as in "player salaries".....

I have only got through half the game, but the argos coaches did a very good job preparing for the Bombers... and collaros was awful. He missed a lot of throws. Even the td to adams was really underthrown and adams had to wait for it to get there forever. Just lucky he was so wide open he could wait.

Agreed. Toronto kind of reminded me of Winnipeg in the earlier O’Shea years. They were hungry and desperate and had a good game plan in which they executed to a tee. Quick throws to the flat and a solid running game. Our defence has no answer for it most of the game.

Lack of a running game and the Bombers had no answer for the Argos' pressure.

Yeah that was my other comment. Not nearly enough run game or first down production in general. Hard to play the game from 2nd and long.

Yep no disrespect to Brady but he has along way to go to get to what Harris provides. No shame but that goes to show you the difference between a hall of famer, and a guy that’s essentially in his rookie season.

And a rookie coordinator to couldn't find a way to get them going.

Would Harris do much more with 4 carries In 3 quarters

Yeah I agree. I haven’t been a huge fan of the play calling after 3 weeks we’ve thrown the ball 73 times in two weeks. We’re built to be that kind of offence. We control the play clock and the line of scrimmage. We need to do a better job to get the run game going. Even Lapp found creative ways to get the run game going for guys who weren’t Harris like Demski, Dressler, etc

Probably not but those runs for 2,3 yards would have been runs for 5-7 yards which really turns the game around in how you attack on second down.

Was mentally trying to review this game and find the bright spots.   Might not be enough gin, for that.

How bad was the Bomber offence?
Try 40, yes 40 minutes of Argo TOP, as the O kept handing them back the ball, all day.  Blue OL did not dominate, and establish a run game, We got spooked out of that, early, then stopped trying.  ZC with some errant passes, receivers dropping balls....under a pretty vanilla game plan to boot.

D gave up scores on Argo first 3 possessions.....tightened up in the middle part, then wore out under the crazy TOP

Special teams?  Don't trust this kicker, and Grant is sorely missed on KR's.

The biggest issue that I saw with the receivers, especially Lawler which was a surprise, was that whenever they had the wide open, easy catches, they were peaking to see where they were going to run just as the ball was arriving and ended up dropping it.  Saw Lawler do it 3 or 4 times, Bailey once or twice, and I think a few other guys here and there throughout the game.  Those were the difference between 1st down and 2 and out.  There were enough of them that they could never get any drives going and give the D a rest.

Might not. But, he would provide more leadership and give Zach an additional outlet. He's just so good in virtually every aspect of his game.

First series for example, pressure gets to collaros because the lb wasn't picked up. Harris doesn't miss that assignment, I guarantee it. Just one example

The fact that they were so bad in so many facets of the game and still had chances to win says a hell of a lot about this team. Film this week won't be fun and I am going to bet this team responds and is much sharper this week.

Collaros missing throws, receivers dropping passes, that ain't normal. It will be improved.
