I suspect they played hard just to see where they are at with Harris' return... he's good to go- close up the playbook, go vanilla to save the good stuff for the play offs... 2019 riders- benificiaries of a soft AF schedule and timely suspension/injuries/weath called games.... 

Ugh... 'Riders secure home playoff berth, was really hoping they'd blow it.

Playoffs have a nice way of evening things up. I recall the much vaunted Rider D last year that did nothing at Mosaic in playoffs.

Especially Petermann imo. He earned his stripes and isn't being rewarded. Stands on the sidelines missing out on important reps for his development.

W8 (vs HAM) - Hey look! You beat HAM in Evans first start at QB for the year.
W9 (at MTL) - First ever CFL game called due to weather, who did you bribe for this one?

W11 (vs OTT) - Another middling team, coming off the bye, nice scheduling!
W12 (vs WPG) - You play against Streveler in only his 2nd start this year.
W13  (at WPG) - Spanked accordingly.
