  • The Diversity Is Strength campaign is one of the best things the CFL has ever done!!! Players and fans all loved it. By far the highlight of Ambrosie's reign.

  • Collaros is 4-15 since returning from injury... including the 0-8 from last season. This is a guy who has never played more than 14 games in a season and never thrown over 3500 yards.  He has bee

Owens has been irrelevant as a player & getting by with his reputation for years now. That would be one move I'd agree with.

They need to add Jovon to the mix and get rid of more of their old blood.  Duron will take over all leadership roles.

What's the over under on the number of guys they go scrap heaping on after all the cuts are made??...

Gleefully am pretty sure bombers will make....zero.. we are going to have a hard enough time squirelling away all our cuts to save for a later date

You know that Jones loves Stamps cuts. Every year he & Murphy load up on their rejects. The Stamps should send the Riders a bill for scouting.

Not a bad strategy to look at the cuts from the deepest, most talented, and best team at finding new talent.

Better than Bombers who go dumpster diving each year in the cuts or free agents from Sask, Montreal, and BC - the bottom dwelling teams.

What's that say about a team's scouting when they cut their own recruits & sign the cuts from the Stamps? That it was a fail. WTH is Murphy doing from November to May?

Yes, this is a valid point too.

And this year Bombers brought in more of their own finds which is good, but not sure about bringing in a boat load of ex-Lions.

Their D was not dominant the last few years either. We'll have to see if that is any kind of upgrade.

With Nichols out we'll find out sooner rather than later...

Can someone post their projected starters at receiver?

Duron Carter, Naaman Roosevelt, Caleb Holley, Jordan Williams-Lambert, Devon Bailey

Not a bad group. But as noted, if Collaros does not work miracles behind that OLine, they will be in trouble.

Wrong pairing of brothers...nice try though

Yep, meant to say Henoc,  but the sentiment still applies.

You see what I mean.

The major weakness to that team has been both lines. Oline and Dline have struggled for a while in BC. You can only cover for so long before the REC are going to get open. I'm not saying Gaitor is going to be an all star or anything, but the weakness to that Defense started with the Dline.

They did sign those former Lions as FA's. Not Lions cuts, though so I'd say that is a big difference as the Bombers sought them out.

BC Lions Released: DL Cedric Reed, DL Courtel Jenkins, DB Cauchy Muamba, DB Kendall James, DB Tevin McDonald, WR Tyler Davis, WR Jasper ‘Junior’ Collins, WR Kenny Lawler, WR Archelaus Jack, OL Cassidy Curtis, RB Shaun Wick, K/P Jose Maltos

Are they all Americans? I think Hardy would have fit in as a starter had he not been hurt.
