Khan has wanted to move the team to London since he bought them. I'm not sure the NFL would allow it. The Rams and Chargers were charged $650M each to move to LA. And, keep in mind the NFL does not allow corporate ownership. Not surprised, Oakland is a dump and Vegas is still on the rise. Plus Vegas with a never ending amount of tourists dollars it makes it very desirable to have a team in Vegas. The team would need a very wealthy owner. That's just for expansion fees. then another $2-3B for a tadium. Then another half billion for offices & practice facilities.
