I wonder how many politicians are wearing their AR 15 pins today

A tremendous amount because they truly believe (read $$$) every mass shooting proves their point that the solution is more guns and less regulation. My right to bear arms, more good guys with guns than bad guys with guns.

That's where we're at.

Tell me which of these signs of fascism is not a pillar of the current GOP:

  • Powerful and continuing nationalism
  • Disdain for human rights
  • Identification of enemies as a unifying cause
  • Supremacy of the military
  • Rampant sexism
  • Controlled mass media
  • Obsession with national security
  • Religion and government intertwined
  • Corporate power protected
  • Labor [sic] power suppressed
  • Disdain for intellectuals & the arts
  • Obsession with crime & punishment
  • Rampant cronyism & corruption
  • Fraudulent elections

Now, tell which are not part of the current CPC/PPC platform?

Shocking that a Pulitzer Prize winning author, George Santos, wants to limit free speech.

The only way to counter this malignant behaviour is to beat them with their own logic. Ban books with sexuality in them so we don’t “indoctrinate” kids? OK, let’s start with the Bible, given the sexualization of Adam and Eve after the Original Sin, all of the incestuous behaviour (“go forth and multiply”), and other sexual references. Of course, Santos, as the original author of the Holy book, will exempt himself from that list.

I’ll go wait in the corner for the lightning strike.

The trouble with the US is alot of that list could be assigned to the Dems as well. There is no real choice that will change the direction of that country other than lone wolfs like Bernie. It's like a choice between a dung hill and a stinking rotten dunghill. It's still all crap.

Nah, the Dems are corrupt sure but it’s night and day man. One party are typical politicians like we’ve always known. The other are straight up scorched earth fascists. It’s not “both sides are equally bad”. Not even close.

Trump’s Literacy In Question After He Thinks Georgia Special Grand Jury Report Clears Him

Donald Trump thanked the Georgia special grand jury for exonerating him over a report that appears to be bad news for the former president and his associates.

Trump wrote on Truth Social:  Thank you to the Special Grand Jury in the Great State of Georgia for your Patriotism & Courage. Total exoneration. The USA is very proud of you!!!

The long-awaited important sections of the Georgia report, which do not even mention President Trump’s name, have nothing to do with the President because President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong. The President participated in two perfect phone calls regarding election integrity in Georgia, which he is entitled to do – in fact, as President, it was President Trump’s Constitutional duty to ensure election safety, security, and integrity….

….Between the two calls, there were many officials and attorneys on the line, including the Secretary of State of Georgia, and no one objected, even slightly protested, or hung up. President Trump will always keep fighting for true and honest elections in America!

Back on Planet Earth, the four pages of the 9-page special grand jury report revealed that several of the witnesses are suspected of committing perjury and that the grand jury recommended criminal charges. The special grand jury also found that there was zero evidence of widespread election fraud in Georgia as Trump has been claiming for more than two years.

The report was not good news for Trump. It was very bad, because it pointed directly toward indictments coming from the Fulton County DA for crimes related to Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election.

His base believes everything that comes out of his pie hole and that's why he says it. He knows they are stupid I'm actually surprised he hasn't sent out a grift notice proclaiming that it's full steam ahead to the WH after being vindicated today.

Sadly, Trump sure as spit looks to be a pathological liar and a stupid one at that. Post-scriptum: Trump has publicly said that he loves uneducated people.

I never said they were equal .No doubt the Republicans are disgusting. But if you remove about 4 items off that list then they are right there. It was the Democrats that instituted mandatory minimum sentencing. The Democrats have been perfectly willing to send their kids to unneeded wars that gain nothing but profits for corps under the guise of overblown patriotism. They had their chance to codify Roe vs Wade and didn't. I could go on.

As I said ones a dung hill. The  others a steaming rotten dung hill . Granted the latter is now filled with nutbars and lunitics
