I'm not sure why an upset must happen...other than the obvious hate for the Riders. I always cheer for the team which helps the Bombers most...and I don't see any such situation here. The Redblacks have almost no chance in this one...unless Burris comes out of retirement.

Our coach actually said that about Carmichael? Really? Or is that fake news? Rod Hill WAS the greatest defensive back not only in Bomber history but IMHO in league history. He was so good that when we had him and Less Browne (leagues all-time INT leader) at the same time QB's would throw to Browne's side instead of Hill's side. Wow, that was a defense!

Quite simply...play like we have been playing lately. Our defense has been getting better. I think we need to contain Reilly. And unless they get some of those (a bit lucky) big plays in on offense, we should be okay.

Kindly Cal was one of the best football men to ever grace these parts. Was an assistant under Hugh Campbell before coming here, I believe. The guy just won. Period. After a loss a team almost always looks bad; hence the hysteria on this board. Dressler was just okay today. They keyed on him and Harris and it worked. Too many Bomber mistakes. Typical LD game for us. Lost the momentum and couldn't recover.
