Well... I woke up this am and didn't get the news I was dreaming about.
I'm now holding out hope that the CFL has requested no major announcements until after the Labour Day Classic games have been played.

I'm gonna go to bed right now. When I wake up I hope to read that MB has been relieved of his duties.

Morley had a good tweet last night, if I knew how to post it from my phone I would. He basically said that the Bombers will wait until the offseason to fire 1 coach, rather than fire 1 now and then fire the rest in the offseason. I strongly agree with that tweet.
I'm not usually one for midseason firings, but I'm absolutely tired of getting out coached every week. Sure we are missing some talent in some areas but not that much that we should be getting blown out on a weekly basis, and by an 0-9 team to boot...

No doubts , having a very little one is tough. Time becomes your most valuable asset and it's hard to justify wasting the free time on this crap.

Talking about receivers...does one of the best, Mr. Denmark or Mr. Kohlert even play for us anymore....What a joke that is to not even try to throw one in their direction...Another small example of how this team is not being run properly.

Few weeks back most ppl thought we had Damn good QB depth. Few weeks later... Here we are. It really is crazy. Mike Kelly was certainly bang on about what he called some of the fans. Give the devil his due he spoke tge Damn truth and you see it after every win or loss this team has.

I'm getting tired of sitting in IGF knowing we have absolutely no chance of winning and having those thoughts confirmed by the end of the first half.  There have been a far disportionate amount of games in that stadium where that has been the case.
 
I'll still be there live for the rest of this year and of course next year and going forward, but this franchise is going to start having a problem selling season tickets and filling the stands if they keep putting this kind of product on the field. At this point I would be happy if I could watch a game where we are competitive and in the game until the end, even if we end up losing....
 
I miss going to games and expecting the Bombers to win.

As bad as Marve has been tonight, Marcel has hardly put him in a position to succeed. Just take a page out of the Calgary playbook. Tons of big gains and completions on crosses and slants. Give the guy a chance to complete a pass with space for the receiver to move. He's been hanging onto the ball too much, sure, but a number of those early sacks were plays with no receiver in the middle of the field or any outlets to dump off to.
I don't want to jump to rash decisions and judgments but at some point this team needs to show improvement under MOS. This was a game at home against Calgary without Cornish, Hughes and a makeshift o-line. Last week the Riders who are as crappy as any team over the last 10 years with their third string QB gave this average Stamps team all they could handle. Some of these efforts are Tim Burke-esque.
