Lapolice. No joke. He’d be an option.  I think putting this all on O’Shea tho isn’t really fair either tho. It’s not just O’Shea. Last night guys were dropping balls and missing tackles. That’s not O’Shea. A 7 yard pass was turned into a 47 yard gain because multiple players missed multiple tackles. The D not rallying to the ball carrier isn’t on O’Shea. Alexander going for the KO instead of the tackle isn’t on O’Shea. 2 DL getting hurt isn’t on O’Shea. Dressing 6 is but 2 starters got hurt. You couldn’t guess that. Dressing 9 linebackers tho is on O’Shea probably. Roster management is on O’Shea. I’m sure he gets input from buck and younger tho.

Nah, at least 75% of this board believes, at least to some degree, that the roster use has not been good and that it's literally costing us games, and arguably the past two GCs. You don't have to fully ***** and moan about it, but almost everyone understands this to a degree...

This is what I was thinking. I don't know who does what and who recruited who from our staff, but I felt that when we had Rigmaiden we were bringing in much more quality players. Lately I haven't been underwhelmed with who they've brought in. Sure they can find DB's...
Maybe it's just harder to convince players to come to Winnipeg knowing how hard it is to crack our roster.

His twitter is comedy gold... he's now spinning it as being a case where IF he had made it to FA, BLM would have signed with Sask. 
He says BLM told him personally that he was going to test FA so that's what he went with (apparently Ballsy isn't too familiar with sports cliches and typical athlete interview answers).  Also says he knew this was coming for over a week since he's closer to the situation than most but if you're that close to the situation, how did you get it so wrong?

I could see the team letting Couture sign elsewhere, and going with Kolankowski full-time.

We need a Canadian or Global DE or the DL rotation falls apart.  None of the interior guys we have can really handle more than 20-25 snaps a game and none of Canadians are really strong playing Nose.

As a rotational player, I'm OK with it but I'd hope to see Lawson taking the majority of his reps next season.
