Pick up a $40 board and put it near a wall or other support (in case you feel yourself losing your balance) in front of your TV.

I've made sure to add daily balance exercises too. Tons of benefit to using a balance board or similar.

If we are talking 2022, I’d says Leggs had the highest % of successful tackles per attempt.

His 1st season with us (2015) was our last losing season but in year two, the pieces to rebuild the OL were in place (Stan, Yoshi, Neufeld, Couture, Chungh).
Depth is what probably took the longest to build (and keeping Neufeld healthy).
Fun Fact: Our lone OLine CFL all star for 2016 was Travis Bond

Two questions (unsure if mentioned):
Has anyone rewatched the game to isolate Bighill? I don’t remember him making any tackles. His absence was also noticeable during Mont’s. short yardage/fumble that yielded a 1st down. How much did he actually play?
Was the first offensive play from scrimmage a called run by ZC or a miscue? If called, that has to be a first.

Yes he has. He's shown that he can consistently get the yardage required when called upon, which is usually a yard or so.
