I for one, am looking forward to Maas' signature sideline meltdowns.

There should be an MBB pool picking the first poor victim (inanimate or otherwise) destroyed by Maas' tantrums.

    My money says, a waterboy.

If he loses it on one of those horn-monkeys at Molson Stadium, they should erect a statue to him.

What's more troubling, having a shot at a 50/50 ball in close coverage or not being able to cover a guy because he beat you clean on his route and you can't keep up?

    Yeah; I don’t know.
I guess you would have to get inside the mind of a defender.

Most his catches are clean open grabs..from gaining separation and crisp route running...he can make contested catches...but doesn't have to...sign of an elite receiver...plain and simple

Agreed, but if I’m a db that votes for the receivers, I might vote for the one who has given me the most trouble in 1:1s, not the one who gains the most yards or is most technically proficient.

  4. Million Dollar Dip

    INGREDIENTS

    (Makes about 3 cups)

    1/2 cup chopped crisp-cooked bacon (6 to 8 slices)

    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

    1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup slivered almonds, very lightly toasted

    4 thinly sliced green onions

Heat source of choice (I like the flavour of tabasco…always have)

    DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, use a spatula to thoroughly mix all ingredients together.

It can probably be refrigerated overnight to allow flavours to blend, but I wouldn’t know.

I serve dip immediately with tortilla chips or other snacks for dipping.
