After a winter of hemming and hawing I decided to renew my seasons. My old seats were taken so I am now sitting 4 rows below the Rum Hut. Which should be fun since I take my 10 year old to most games. I'm sure he won't here any words he hasn't heard watching the games with Daddy.

I didn't like it when Kelly tried to control the media.  I could see what was coming back then and we all know how that turned out.  I don't like it now any more now and I expect the same results.  That's called being consistent, not being on the side of the media.  O'Shea wasn't in Winnipeg when Kelly made the mistake, but someone who was around then should tell him how it will probably work out.
 
Here's a hint:  If you want to control the message, then make sure everyone's on the same page, help the media spread your message and everyone wins.  Don't say "I'm going to control the message and everything comes through me".  That's not going to help the situation.  In fact it's going to hurt it.
 
BTW:  It's not inappropriate for the media to want to talk to more than one person on the team.  It's done almost everywhere there is a pro team.

I'm definitely in the camp that agrees that the Bombers should be charged to going rate. However there is a subsidy in that. The money you pay transit doesn't cover their costs. They are subsidized.
For the examples you sited, they pretty much use the regular existing transit system. For the arena, this is the benefit of being downtown.
For the Bombers there isn't sufficient "regular" buses to bring people to the game. So there is additional costs incurred to shuttle all those people in and out. So there is an additional cost to the city and tax payer.
However, public transportation exists for this very reason. The city will have a traffic nightmare if there aren't enough buses to bring people in and out. Providing this infrastructure is part of their responsibility for the safety of its citizens and those that live in the area.

I look forward to seeing piles of these at next years locker room sale.

I don't want a covered stadium.   Nothing beats sitting outside on a summer Friday evening watching Blue Bomber football.  I will gladly suffer through the couple of really cold games we get to be outside in the summer for most of them.

Zurkowski pointed out something interesting I hadn't thought of.  These look like DM's "gone horribly wrong."  I wonder if he even knows he tweeted them?  One starts with "I hear you..." but isn't in reply to a tweet.

Honestly, I'm surprised the Riders are ever required by the league to play on the road.

They gave him way more chance than anybody else would have if they didn't have so much credibility invested in him.  If he wasn't the 4th overall pick selected 3 rounds before he should have been he would have been cut in his first mini-camp.  
 
He also wouldn't have been inserted into the game day roster to stand on the sidelines and not play special teams.
 
We also wouldn't have lost McHenry to try save face by keeping Jade on the roster.  
 
We also would have given Rory more meaningful playing time earlier.
 
If he goes on to contribute in Sask it's a credit to his perseverance and Sask's system and surrounding talent.  But you can't say he didn't get his chances here.

Bad day for the Bombers & it is so frustrating as a fanbase to go through what what we have the past two years & especially the past week. However, I am happy for my son today. He is a quarterback at Simon Fraser University. Jacques Chapdelaine is now officially his new Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator QB Coach. At least I have that to take the sting off the Bomber situation.

Guys, quit panicking.  Danny Mac has his eyes on this guy.  Former NCAA star and NFL backup.  Fits the Danny Mac mould almost perfectly.
