The health factor is one thing....  the coaching and roster management was simply much better.

A huge issue I have is that we can't recruit for crap.    

I assume they don't want to take any attention away from the Grey Cup and want all local and any "national" sport media to focus on the event.    It does make sense to me. 

Best receivers in the league, great O & D lines, they can run the ball, sack the QB, the Lemon addition has been huge, kicking is solid, they are a balanced team, give credit where it is due.

Which is scary since nearly every other team who used their 2nd and 3rd strings still managed to move the ball...

The Richards one seemed to be more of a "surprise pick" by the draft panel.     What's odd is that they would reach for a receiver out of Saskatchewan after being ridiculed for the Etienne pick from before.  
 
You would think they would of tried to not make the same mistakes of Mack or at least try to make it seem like the team would go in a different direction.

I assumed the jerk comment was that they need more vocal leaders who will be a pain in the ass to the other guys and make sure that they aren't taking it O'shea-easy on the sidelines and on the field.  
 
It's clear that O'Shea is the nice guy and really isn't pushing the buttons to get the guys playing hard.
