As in Keron Williams? Well they've got him playing DT this year so he doesn't count anymore. And I think Bowman is on the decline. Either way, Willis is still up there as a pass rusher, we could debate his other capabilities but he can definitely get after the QB.

Willis gets picked on a bit because of the penalties and the personality, but he's still a hell of a pass rusher. That's not to say Hall isn't, but Willis is still a top 3 DE in the league IMO.

I suppose Tim Horton's had to name a stadium or arena eventually.

Yeah you're right, nothing inspires a team like playing for a total sad-sack loser. Kevin Glenn will never win a Grey Cup. Anyone who has been following the CFL for the last decade knows this is true, even if they won't admit it. He is not a winner. That's all there is to it, and that's why no one wants to start him despite all the stats that you guys are all fawning over.

Comparing Elliott to Pierce is laughable. Elliott wasn't even close. Pierce wins games, Elliott loses them. It's not a coincidence. If it had been Pierce coming in in relief he would not have gone 2-7, and that's really all there is to it.

Pierce, when healthy, is a better QB than Glenn. That's why even with the success Glenn has had, teams can't wait to get rid of him or relegate him to a backup role. Meanwhile Pierce can barely stay healthy two weeks in a row and has been a starter since his second year in the league.

Fair enough. I don't know what Ottawa's strategy is going to be for this expansion draft, but if it were me I'd be going after established veteran Canadians rather than prospects, even if they are a little older. They will have 7 picks in the 2014 CFL draft and the 4 guys from the 2013 draft as well. They will have plenty of young talent to work with right off the bat if they draft well. What they need from the expansion draft is proven guys who can fill the starting roles, even if it's just for a couple years.
