Has anyone stopped that pitch play to Harris in the redzone yet?  No they haven't, get him on the edge vs a SAM or HB, TD.  Instead we run two straight dropbacks from 1st and goal from the 5 and kick a field goal.

Exactly what I was thinking.. why the fk did we not use that play? Maybe saving it so to speak for potential playoffs??  only reason I could think of for not breaking that out for one of those 2 tosses..

He missed a catch in OT and tipped it up. Very lucky it wasn't picked or that would have snuffed the drive and virtually ended it for Winnipeg.

He has a habit of untimely fumbles and tips for picks.

Demski, on balance, is more of a liability than an asset.

Demski is guilty of trying too hard.. cost him in sask too.. if he gets those under control, hes a big time Canadian starter..  as he is now,  hes far more an asset then liability with his versatility and passport..

Why wouldnt we rely on Harris? Hes getting paid to make plays.

And he does a damn fine job of it. How someone complains about your RB getting you 160+ yards baffles me.. the guys a beast and hes more then likely to get you 100 then not.. which is a great basis for any offense.

Rod Black is such a turd.

Anyway, I'm glad they got the win. That collapse late in the game shouldn't have happened, though. Too many of those under Hall's tenure as DC, IMO.

Adam Bighill needs to be kept long-term. He and Santos-Knox are an awesome tandem.

Best combo of LBs that we have had in a very long time.  Knox has become a monster at WIL and Bighill has come as advertised and then some..  I hope we can keep them 2 together for a long time..  SAM has been pretty good too, surprisingly.. I didn't have much faith in Gaitor or Fenner to be honest..

Fogg is one of the greatest defensive players of this generation at turning the ball over.  He's in the conversation for Bombers MODP.

Nevis had a huge game.  Took on many blocks that made space for LB's blitzing.

Saw him eating up the centre and a guard a ton.. which is ridiculous when rushing 6 lol.  now you got 5 on 3 and Reilly is being scraped off the turf.  horrible play calling by Edms OC to counter it.

The cost of IGF was reported as 210 million dollars.  The annual Health budget for Manitoba in 2016 was 6.497 billion dollars.  So that means that the cost of the stadium was less than  three and a half percent  of the overall health budget for ONE YEAR.  Do you really think that the overall quality of health care in Manitoba would have been impacted in any meaningful way, even for that one year if all that money had been directed, one time to the health portfolio?  Now factor in the benefit of having a stadium of that caliber available to those in Winnipeg and to those who might be considering Winnipeg as their home.  If you  don't want to make people think you are a second rate city, and attempt to attract your share of the best and brightest, you don't skimp on amenities like a quality stadium or a lack of entertainment options like pro sports.  Sure it sounds superficial, but people often are.

    And boom goes the dynamite..

Nichols ain't ever going to win a grey cup,  ever.  It's time to get Streveler some meaningful reps,  and if he totally shows zero promise then get Bennet some reps.  The QB position can be a turnstile until somebody proves they can handle the job....

You mean like Nichols did the last 2 seasons??

Oh those dont count now.. gotcha.

    This is not good.

They seem to go completely with experience,  over youth and potential on this team, for qb position.

The trend these days  is the opposite of this.

I don't think Wpg would be my first choice as a young quarterback looking for an opportunity to start.

example..... Dom Davis. Three years, one half game, then hooked. for a guy who is out of the game.

And then they went with Darien Durant, for backup. That's who we would have, if he hadn't quit.

Another guy who is out of football.

Maybe this is why we will always be looking for someone else to find a qb for this team. Which won't happen, cause they'll likely keep any such player.

Your example is flawed.  hows dom done in relief for Harris again??

Taman's main problem was that he relied on aging vet Cdn talent too much...  kind of like what Walters is doing with imports.

...? Denmark, gone.  Bowman, didnt hack it.. gone.   I'm not quite following the "aging import" angle here..

Randle hasn't been great but dont know of a youth movement  behind him that we could have replaced him with.  Adam's..  again hes been good..

I replied to Goalie and said I made a mistake and meant no disrespect. That was done at the same time as my last reply to you. To call me Dunce when you didn’t even check on that.

I was not trying to change anything. I didn’t understand is all

You talk about all Rider fans as a group and you are disrespectful at that. I don’t hold it against you when Bomber fans do things that are totally uncalled for. I could name a lot but why bother. They don’t represent all Bomber fans. They represent them self.  Each fan is an individual.

It’s ironic when people like Troy Westwood and Rod Pedersen can have each other on their shows. How they have a good laugh at how people buy into their Radio hype. How they can turn neighbours into a complete dislike of the other due to the Color of the team they like. I guess I’m fortunate to know inside that no matter what is said. At the end of the day there is far more that is the same between SK and MB people than there is differences!

I'm finished here. I admit my mistake. I meant no disrespect and your welcome to your feelings Rod.

Cheers and here’s hoping the EE find the last 1\3 rd of the year difficult and SK & WIN meet up in the playoffs.

Tl:DR just like your last rant..

Why you continue to write long winded posts that are going to continue to fall on deaf ears escapes me..

Move on, get over it.  you are going to catch flak here every time you post something that is slagging the bombers or pumping the riders tires.   you cant be that oblivious..
