However tonight unfolds, Leafs commentary believes the Leafs are one or two key pieces away from being elite, what's with Kessel talk, is Nonis a genius or a buffoon, probably a few mentions of Wendall Clark and 'Dougie' Gilmore. No mention of the Jets, well maybe a few comments about Kane, the recent poll of no one wants to play here and our push to the playoffs.

The CFL really should have a rule/policy where there needs to be at least 5 days between games.  Four days between games isn't good for player safety or the on-field product.  Just look at the NFL's Thursday Night games...they're terrible games with no offense.

And apparently I'm not the only one. It's pretty easy to tell just by looking around the stadium on game days that the away jersey sells like **** and the royal blue is the most popular. But if you still can't tell, a quick viewing of the Bomber Store website confirms it. 34 items in the jersey section. 18 of them are royal blue. 11 of them are the standard current blue jersey. Only 3 of the beige abomination, followed by 2 of last year's Signature Look.
 
It's pretty obvious that the royal blue is the most popular. Not to mention it's not linked to an era of futility. Just make the change already.

Absolutely do not trade Frolik before the deadline. If we didn't have him he's the kind of player we would target as a rental for the playoff push so why would we trade him?
Winnick would be nice. But the way chevy talks about getting Halischuck back and armia I think he wants a cheaper piece or will stick with our own guys.
Westwood tweeted that he can't see jets keeping buff, trouba, Myers next season because it's too much money to spend on the right side of D. But I think the opposite. Myers contract is so unique you're getting almost a $6 million d man at half price. That's exactly why we will keep those three.

Ill tell you this one thing, which is all I know, I made this trade in NHL 15 (more or less as the trade as is would not go through) and Myers is a beast in the game.

No thanks on Burmi. He and Antropov were my least favorites. But I am kind of negative on Russian players in general. Finnish players not so much.

Haha..Drew Stafford just said he's thinking of wearing a track suit with floaties on it for his first players meeting with the Jets.

One thing the Wild could teach the Jets is how to run the 3 on 2. So simplistic. Middle Wild goes between the 2 Jets dmen and catches a pass from the winger with the puck. They ran it all night long.
