  2. Feels like the Ticats are cursed at this point. But you know what they say. Sometimes you make your own luck
  3. The short list of Utah possible names is out. https://survey.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0icZIBPBgCbymns
  4. It's the dirty little SMS loophole we've used since they introduced it.
  5. Today
  6. Kramdi was a guy who I thought seemed to get better with every rep last year. I don't think it's insane to think he takes another step this year and becomes a really good NI starter...
  7. Criminal charges are not necessary for deportation.
  8. I think Parker would be a prime option to play Kramdis spot. He’s on the smaller side but such a good tackler, and lateral quickness.
  9. Cole is a guy to me that if he improves in the slightest from last year we just need on the field. I think you could play him at either lber spot, or Sam or S. personally I’d take advantage of that and move him around and use that versatility to get other guys on the field for packages. And also to limit the reps of Kyrie/biggie keeping them healthier hopefully. He’s strong, fast, physical, got all the motor and drive in the world and strong anticipation skills. He’s got modp upside, and reasonable ability to fulfill that potential with reps and coaching. Kramdi I think has upside and use situationally. He puts him self in position, but is hit or miss when it comes to actually making plays. Short yardage/goal line, clear running downs I think he’s an asset. And he is more useful in coverage than the limited Halletts Imo. But he shouldn’t start Sam or other wise.
  10. Obviously, and you agree with the league which confirmed there was sexual harassment.

  12. from not seeing any of the new guys in person...yet...Cole is our best option I believe for SAM...and was last yr as well....I got chatised on here last yr about comments on Kramdi but he should not have started....would start no where else in league and his spot was a direct Osh gift whether some of you wanna believe it or not....Cole is our best sideline to sideline tracker...can run with backs and slots....hits a ton and actual can tackle...he should be our SAM This yr...we only need to start 1 canadian on defence, and the factwe dont take advantage of any loopholes in the rules (nationalized) and last yr rostered a total dud all yr to also help in a real efective rotation with a qualified/skilled DI there is no reason to start 2 on defense.....If there are 2 canadians that are just head and shoulders above and better than any import player at a spot sure....but I see nobody on the roster who fits that narrative on dfemse....so why go that route If we choose to...then I Yhink it should be Ford over Kramdi at that spot as he offrs a boatload more....and still has upside..Kramdi is what he is
  13. Every statement from Bluto is more douchy than the last. I pray this guy doesn't have adaughter.
  14. I am pretty sure it is. But the league reviews it and the promo work has to check out. At least in the sense that you don’t make a mockery of it.
  15. Press'd Sandwich stuff is up at the old starbucks
  16. (First bolded part)25k isn't a lot....which should speak to how badly she wants to work in that industry. Why would she want to stay though? The questions you should be asking are, what opportunities can come to her if she stays in the industry? What opportunities can come to her if she stays with that organization? How many opportunities does she have to do that job in a profession where there are less than 50 (I'm not sure what the UFL is like for that specific job so I gave them the benefit of doubt) pro football teams in NA? How might another year of experience help her career? I would suggest that her wanting to stay despite the low pay and harassment shows this may very well be a dream job for her. For the record, one of my dream jobs pays less than 35k a year. I'm no longer working in it for various reasons, but if I could i absolutely would. Suggesting $$ is one of the only factors is short sighted. (Second bolded part) yes, so they did the right thing and got rid of the victim. That will really show the victim that they take harassment seriously! And I bet the accused would really learn a hard lesson. That's just an absolutely ridiculous claim to make. Lol.
  17. There is no cap to the promo money teams can give to players. Because of this, other than an accounting error there is reason for a team to go over the SMS cap.
  18. Gotta get that pick though lol. We have a ton of flexibility and I think how we use it will change a lot through out the year. We didn’t bring lbers to rookie camp this year it seems. So he could be in taking reps as a db for practice, which would be smart. But I would love Cole at especially S. but even as a Sam his instincts and reaction time is great he has a real knack for making plays.
  19. Interesting Cole is listed as a DB. Possible thinking of him as a Sam or even in the Safety slot, would be a good move.
  20. That's a False Equivalence. Asking why anyone would stay where they are being harassed isn't equal to suggesting that the employee change rather than the organization rectify the issue. Nor is it suggesting that the harassment didn't take place for that matter. Why stay? Is a $25K a year job is their dream job? Do they think they can move ahead in that job? Is it the only job they could get? None of that's likely. So, what's in it for them to want to stay? Should the organization do something to rectify the situation? Absolutely. You're gonna hate it, but not renewing her contract is what they chose to do. If they renewed the contract knowing about the harassment, they'd be saying the harassment is OK, which it obviously isn't. I'm sure they thought that was the end of it. They should have reported it to the league as soon as it was reported to management. They should have sent Kelly for sensitivity training right away and told him he wouldn't get a new contract until he completed it. I'm sure the league would have backed that position & not let Kelly sign with anyone until the training was complete. I think she has a good case for harassment, but not a case for wrongful dismissal because she wasn't dismissed, her contract ran out and a new one wasn't offered. That's part of working on a contract basis instead of being a full employee. If the company doesn't want you anymore for any reason or no reason at all, they don't have to offer you a new contract. If she quit because of the harassment, then she would have a case for constructive dismissal, but that's not what happened nor is it what she is complaining about. She's complaining that she wasn't offered a new contract, which pretty much negates the constructive dismissal argument.
  21. I think the smart/best usage is starting ford and platooning Kramdi. We could start both but that’s a huge risk especially when our other ni dbs can only play S. Ford should take the spot, but we have done crazy things especially with Nis. I’d actually love to have Karamoko as a db on the roster too, but not likely to happen. if any thing in the secondary I’m not sold on our view of Parker. I really like him, but we seemed to have no confidence in him last year. Ba needs to be 100% and get back close to where he was. If not, I’d look hard at Kelly as S or another imp like Cole.
  22. With our ratio we could be starting anyone but Kramdi already. 6 on offense 1 on defense (DT)
  23. If Ford earns a starting spot, I hope we use somebody else at LB over Kramdi.
