Target Date for Free Agency Feb. 9th 12 noon ET - 11 am Winnipeg - 9 am Kelowna 

The Bombers will lead into the pre-draft weekend with a press conference tomorrow, February 5th, at 10:00am to discuss Free Agency as it pertains to the Blue Bombers.

Below is a list of the Bomber's free agents:

We already know N. Moore won't be extended, and I've assumed Walker and Shell are gonzo, so that leaves 7 players, including 3 Non-imports. How many of these 7 guys will be announced as re-signed by Walters tomorrow?

Any guesses or half wishes, preferences?

Marshall? Hajrullahu? Pontbriand? Newman? What about Washington?

Meh... I wouldn't blame anyone for being disillusioned with MB last year.

Adams is talented......wonder if his head can be screwed on, a little straighter....

Keeping is a nice signing... upgrade from Neufeld... best of whats out there

Hufnagel not holding back on what he thinks about the Bombers signing other teams guys and not signing any of their own guys. Interesting that people seem to think of us as poachers right now...

 

Keeping is a mild upgrade on Picard.  Centre who can't really play anywhere else.  The only OL that would be useful to us out there is Andrew Jones.

 

Our best roster still has 3 import OL starting.

Jones is gone

 

Andrew Jones is in Sask already.

When I saw Mitchells tweet about good luck to walters and co. cups arent won thru FA a few hours into FA i got the feeling he was upset cuz wpg insiders had more news to break then him

Its hilarious.

This is the whole point of free agency. Obviously the Bombers would go after other team's players - the Bombers had holes on their roster everywhere and re-signing their 2015 roster would make very little sense given their record. Plenty of teams have made moves and plenty always do.  He's just cranky.

                    

 

 

I have complained long and hard about Kyle Walters. Today though the work has been excellent. Overall talent is better. NI talent is better.

Huf probably just wants to be left alone to go about his business in his usual manner but he's got a pesky-assed copy boy sitting in his office waiting for him to break wind.
