If he's like a "free" draft pick, how did he only get added to a negotiation list two weeks ago. According to the article, he was 2014 eligible, not 2015, which means he's been a free agent for essentially 18 months or so. I think that's a mistake by Dunk though, because Rush attended the regional combine in 2015 and was apparently a draft eligible player at that point. It's even better when you spend nothing for him. Is this a Walters-Guelph connection signing? Does this mean our MLB position is staying as it was?
