If we get the version of the Bombers that whooped Montreal in August, they can compete with anyone... at least for one game. Getting them to duplicate those types of performances is the problem.

Only way i see us winning in BC is if they start Salter and want to test his throwing capabilities to see what he's got.

If they actually play to win, we are cooked and get run on for 200+ yards.

Honestly, even if they win, i cannot see them winning 2 on the road to get to the GC.

Salter gave the Bombers D fits and they just couldn't figure out where he was going and frankly couldn't catch him.

I don’t expect a team like us to do well in a cross over. we play down to the best case scenario and tend to get in trouble because of it.

Backing into playoffs last yr...and then the quick exit that followed 4 yrs of steady regression should have been his last song here...but they viewed it as continued success. It's highly probable we back in again...with an even worse record, and that shouldn't be considered success, nor justification to allow him to continue here...but sadly it prob will....One bonus is we wont get 10 wins so they can stick that lame narrative about double digit win seasons in a row nonsense in the garbage where it belongs

As I see it if we miss playoffs this yr, and bring it all back, which I sure we will...and go status quo right across the board...which I sure we will...and have a predetermined roster for most part going into camp...which we have done now...pretty much for a half a decade, and no incumbant is bumped off the starting roster by a newbie...or just flat out cut....we aiant making playoffs next yr either, and hopefully 2 yrs missing with more decline is the straw that gives the walking papers

Pretty sure the Bombers will look like world beaters...but for one quarter...just not sure what quarter that will be!

preseason game 1...then those guys showing up and standing out will be either cut....or buried on the PR until the season was in jeopardy in lieu of the familiar and inferior...and by then will be too late to make a difference

My thing now is plenty of other teams have bullshitted their way to fluke grey cups, why not us?

I fully believe there are people here who would be mad if we won a GC because it would prolong a regime that they don't want.

Don't get me wrong... I'm disappointed with how things have gone and how we're trending downward, but I'm always cheering for wins every single week. It really beats the alternative.
