We increase the number of linebackers on the roster to 11.

I, for one, never had any doubt...

  • Best game we played in several yrs. This looked more like the team we have known before and they definitely did their work during the week. Now if they can string this kinda effort and execution toget

you'd sooner have Suitor?

Quoting Dustin Neilson

Wow just making sure Brady gets 100 when one knee ends it.

Playing with fire.

Ok ok I'll be the first to apologize.

Whos next?

If we can maintain this level of urgency, sure. But any thing can happen game to game in the cfl. We still made some of the same mistakes, poorly managed the roster, and didn’t execute basics well (like tackling)

Idk if we are this good and the first half of edmonton game good, or if teams just got caught in trap games against us. We will see in the next two weeks though. If we split those games we are in a drastically better position then i would’ve thought possible.

It did kind of feel like Montreal thought Winnipeg would just roll over and die, like so many times before. Then they were baffled when they didn't. Davis Alexander sure doesn't know how to lose gracefully, that's for sure.

Great game, well coached. Zach was lights out. Jake Kelly is a football terrorist and needs to be cut.

Pat Neufeld took like 30 yards on penalties himself. What up with that.

  1. Got a hold too.

First good game this year. Sweeping the green would be really good. Hope is flickering again.

Riders are pretty banged up. A Bomber sweep is very realistic.

If they do same next week..I could become a believer but we still need a couple player changes...is this just an anomaly..or a sign..tbd

Alexander does not deal well with adversity. He has real "only I may dance" energy.

Alexander's a ******. Always whining to the ref about something. You can't win 'em all!

Zack runs like a geriatric for the last piece of cheesecake at the old folks home

If that's true, I hope his dentures don't pop out before he eats that last piece.

I got to say, as big as a critic as I’ve been on O’Shea and the coaching staff they absolutely came to play. The game plan, especially on offense was fantastic, the o-line was nasty, Brady was Brady, the recievers were fighting for extra yards, and Zach took what was given to him. The guys looked hungry, had a sense of urgency and I feel like all three sides of the ball were owned by Winnipeg today. Montreal is always going to get there’s, but seeing Alexander pissed off all game long was perfect, pressure in face constantly, and a lot of guys getting to the ball quickly to make big steps. For my money Montreal is easily the best football team in the league and we beat them In every way tonight. More play like this and we may just have a chance to make a run. Lots of football left.

He does not. Actually started to respond to our beaking at him when we taunted him had after he pulled a Maas and slammed his iPad to the turf. We all laughed at him and called him out.

It was fun.

The good guys win!

Good things happen when you don't empty the backfield in the red zone!

Tony Jones: pass rusher.

Blocks I noticed: Demski erased his man on a Tim White hitch screen and Big Stan got downfield on a linebacker.
