I dont see any surprises honestly. Wonder how theyre going to make the roster and how many guys are injured.

We got some injuries me thinks. The one thing ppl need to remember is guys need to agree to go to the PR. One thing I know is lots of times guys say thanks but no thanks.

We've really just given up on adding any playmakers on O out of the draft for years now. I think we'll have a really good OL. But we have nothing at receiver.

About what I expected. Kylie and Ayers should be gone. Kelly and Corcoran too

Honestly. Outside of maybe Kelly and Corcoran sticking around I’m not shocked. Wonder if Clinton declined the pr spot tho. Probably. Say what you want about Frederickson but if 2 receivers stood out it’s him and singer. I can’t really disagree with any of the cuts. Honestly they kept the guys who stood out to me also. I’ll add, ppl going on about kickers, Sergio and JS are very good despite the narrative, reliable if nothing else. They were never losing their jobs. Just like Lui passaglia never lost his.

I count 52 players on the roster plus 2 on 6 game IR. 25 Canadians, 22 Americans, 2 Globals and 3 QBs. Something like this:

There gonna have to make a few moves here. Maybe a Kyrie moves to the IR. I dunno. Cobb just catches every ball thrown his way. Corcoran? Yeah he does nothing but if the choice for last Canadian on roster is Joey or Korn, well…… I’m gonna look at Corcoran and Kelly as the last 2 Canadians on the depth chart and look who is behind them and I think I take them over Korn and whoever else on the PR. Gotta dress so many Canadians right. In fantasy land you could could Sergio right and go Canadian there eliminating one of Corcoran or Kelly but until you go Canadian I’m not sure how you release one yet. Not much depth there. Canadian depth. **** tons of linebackers tho.

Well we were waist deep in Canadian receivers, so much so we could use two 2nd round picks to pick a tight end 6 of 9 teams in the league had never even thought about.

Only 2 Americans kept at receiver on the active roster and 4 American offensive lineman. Seems like we are trending towards starting 3 Canadians at receiver and more than 2 Americans on the offensive line. How the number 1s line up in practice will be telling.

Hypothetically we could start 4 Americans on the offensive line. We could use Willie Jefferson as the nationalized American and split kramdi and Allen at safety or something to that affect.

Where did this narrative come from that Sergio was ever in doubt? He and Sheehan were always the kickers and then hopefully keep the new ones on the PR. Sergio is arguably the best kicker in the league and I thought last night Sheehan was (sadly) maybe our best player... I thought people were joking when they said Serge might not make it. Hilarious.

Corky making the team is actually super funny just because some people's heads might actually explode.

Corks and Kelly are the last 2 rostered Canadians in my view. When you look at what’s behind them Canadian depth wise, it makes you go ok I guess it makes sense. Problem is tho, Eli Vibert corks Kelly Daniels appear to do well 3 of them are on the roster for the same reason really. You could say Daniels is currently the Canadian version of the marine. You could maybe make the case to dress MP the RB over Daniels corc or Kelly but Brady and MCI but if Brady goes down in game, …. But all in all not surprising at all who was let go and kept, gonn wait and see a few days cuz maybe a few decisions are still coming. Gonna have to be a few. No over reactions on roster management without seeing the roster they put out for week 1 Just yet.

I'm going to piggyback off @JuranBoldenRules point about us ignoring Canadian offensive talent in the draft. It's killing us. Look at the top Canadian wrs. McInnis, Demski, Philpott bros, Emilus, Brisett, K.Mital, K.Smith. Outside of Smith, all were first rounders or a high second.

Kind of annoying that we had 300 chances to draft Cenacle and he went off and had 111 yards and 2 TDs against us.

It’s ironic that senacle put up 2 TDs last night and Daniels wasn’t even noticeable. This fascination with reaching for career special teamers is wild and the video they posted definitely made it seem like a KW organizational way of thinking. Not just that 20 second clip tho, interviews and just past actions show it’s an organizational direction. Like instead of going with talent they go character and over coming odds.its almost like American idol where saddest personal story wins or in this case makes the team. Bombers would Start Rudy. And that should be Daniels nickname. Rudy. Now I liked Rudy but we have a few 2 many of them types where they do 1 thing maybe and that’s it, Rudy prob be a good cfl special teams guy, not sure Daniels corks etc are.

Clinton must have declined a PR spot. I thought he showed enough to get in the PR at least.

Randolph being cut is sort of a surprise I guess, but he doesn’t play C and it’s a numbers game with the other OL spots.

Lister and the new global punter would have been nice to see kept around in some way but it’s not like they were going to cut Sergio.

Agree with the others on here that we inexplicably don’t even try to draft any kind of impact offensive players. Last one was probably Brady and that was what 7 years ago?

That’s actually a solid comparison in more ways than one. Jets also traded up and reached to draft Logan. Logan tho got a nice return this year, DD? I dunno. I don’t see it. I will admit I wasn’t there live so was hard to notice but did not notice him.
