  • Say all you want about the deteriorating talent on the team but Hogan is completely in over his head as an offensive coordinator.

  • Also congratulations to our senior members who, despite apparently being fortunate that they’re not shitting themselves, can still formulate a better sentence than some of us young guys around here

  • I come into each game day with a renewed sense of optimism. I always believe we have at least a chance to win. As I get older, the shittiness of a loss seems to wash away quicker.

We talking practice here. Practice. Is practice even what ppl think practice is cuz it’s not like they out there going hard. Those days are long gone.

Don't need to practise,  just watch the film

Don't join that mob.... The PA has rules about practice time.

Ottawa will be interesting. Crum has played well in the last two games. Curious if Zach is back or we see Streveler again. I would like to see Echols for Mitchell.

not a game, not a game… we talking bout practice

It isn’t. and on top of that we do little more than theatrical walk throughs. It’s possible to make the most of of them, though not easy. so we just dont worry about it.

Echols will go in at the very end of the season or when injuries force him to play.   At no point will they give him a shot to see if he can shine.

Ottawa’s defense is not good… is it as bad as our O? Guess we’ll find out.

Our defense facing Crum will try to mesmerize and stun him with 9 in coverage… which might work for a series or two, until he remembers to look for a DL featuring JT/Korn, gassed WJ and Vaughters… He will simply gash them at will, and with little to worry about regarding consequences.

There will be no meaningful changes, so the practice schedule is really irrelevant.  It’s not like we’ll be adding in new wrinkles or tweaking some schemes.  No need…. The issues are easily fixable.

And roster changes?  Nope.  See above.  All good.

Yup, but I am pretty sure they would be allowed to practice according to the CBA as they already had 2 days off after the prior game.

This were the rules prior to 2019,  not sure if there have been any changes;

The CBA prior to the current 2019 agreement stipulated the following for regular season practices:

  • Practice times and meetings must not exceed 4.5 hours in duration in a single day.
  • When there are six or more days between games, players are required to have one day off between games without practices or meetings
  • When there are five or less days between games, all practices that week shall not be in full gear but in sweats, shoulder pads, and helmets only.

Before you trash Noeller about what he can find on the internet you should remember it as well Booch. In the past, you have been corrected many times in regards to the SMS and how it applies. That being said, yea they could practice and should have.

Jesus Christ. I know the team sucks but do we really need to complain about the practice schedule.

Probably not, but when the team sucks, they should probably take advantage of every practice opportunity.

This was my only point... There's enough to complain about without becoming total lunatics.

There are plenty of more interesting things to complain about!

Ok I sort of know what you are saying regarding Suits but what is Straight Fire? As for practice I would suggest the Bombers practice as much as possible as they sort of are Not Very Good!!

Has any other team in the league run four practices on a game week?

Well the best I can do to describe what straight fire is is have someone kick you right in the junk and wait for the feeling that incurs.
