What was big Stans medical issue this year. ? Any chance he hangs them up after this season? 

had Cyrus the Virus.....well....just a virus....I pretty confident is saying he is 99.9999% back....

I don't think there are any lingering health concerns but when a guy is 39 like he will be next season, there is always a chance he decides to hang em up.

the all-star nods are mostly reputation and stats... I don't really put too much emphasis on them... it is good fodder for agents to try and earn raises... Milligan will probably cost the riders 200k next year 😆

Luckily for the Riders, they got him to redo his contract in January so he's already under contract for 2025. I don't buy into the MOP hype but he had a good season and definitely could have cashed in as a FA this off-season.

Dobson improved an awful lot over the year. Especially in the back half. Don’t think he’s an all star calibre guy though. May be worthy of that next year with more consistency. (And I love Dobson) 

Most of those guys got their nods on reputation and hype.

Meh...he is a FA at seasons end if he is not activated.

I believe he signed a futures deal for next years camp with the ALs. But tbh he wasn’t my favorite of that group and they are all really close.

Ayers...Jones...and Cole should have every chance to vye for the starters spots and rotational guy....that being said I'd like to see us bring in the numbers like we have for DB's before...and WR's.....we need to re-stock the team with viable legit A-1 starting talent that make an impact...not just fill a role

Not sure who will be available be available in FA either...but if there is a top tier impact gy...we should be all over it

Schoen will be re-signed and off the books for a good 6-8 games, so the savings there can easily be slid to an impact defender

I think and hope this will be it for biggie.

Wade has done a fantastic job since he took over. Since the 19 gc, it’s been gravy. Our franchise is gonna be secure for a long time.

We've been floating them a ~$1M/year to help keep them going. I am curious if that amount is getting reduced or if Valour is a going concern.

I wonder if Wade gets consideration for CFL commissioner and if he'd want it for that matter. Would it even be a better gig than leading the Bombers -- in terms of both salary and actual influence -- I'm not sure.

Why are there some fans that are practically pushing Wade Miller out to be Commissioner? He needs to stay right here & keep the good ship Blue Bombers afloat & pointed in the right direction....

I honestly hope Bighill is not brought back. Great player but he'll be 37, play has dropped off and he's expensive. Time to move on.

I have no desire to push Wade Miller out the door. I would also much rather that he stays too. But given the clearly exceptional job he's done managing the business side of the Winnipeg Football Club and entrusting the right people with football operations, I think it's natural to wonder whether he'd be considered for commissioner and if he'd relish the challenge of leading the league.

Doesn’t he run pinnacle staffing also? Don’t think Wade is an option.

Being Team President & being Commissioner are like apples & oranges. I think the league will be looking for someone younger who is connected to the sports broadcasting market who is more tech savvy than Ambrosie, Someone who knows & understands marketing & for ways to increase revenues. At least I hope so. Someone closer to Mark Cohon. Status quo won't work.

From what I've heard. 2025 will be his last GC in Wpg. So I'd imagine he has an exit strategy ready. Saying that, I don't think he's planning on replacing Randy.
