man I just realized that all the guest stars in the Slimey to the Moon saga on Sesame Street have passed away (there was also Tony Bennett and Lynne Thigpen...which kind of makes sense the Carmen Sandiego game shows were shot in the same building as Sesame Street)

Howie Schwab, longtime ESPN producer, star of trivia show, dies

Howie Schwab, a longtime ESPN producer and star of the ESPN trivia show "Stump the Schwab," died Saturday at the age of 63, according to his family.

Schwab joined ESPN in 1987 and worked for the company through 2013. Along with his work on multiple ESPN shows, he was perhaps best known as the final challenge on "Stump the Schwab," where contestants would attempt to outduel him in a trivia showdown for cash prizes. The show aired from 2004 to 2006.

The Mark Critch impression of Rex is more important than Rex.

So unfortunate how he became a true wack job in recent years.

He pocketed a LOT of money from the alt-right.

I have not seen 9 to 5...I kind of want to now, especially since the only other things I saw him in was Stuart Little, Muppets Take Manhattan, and Inspector Gadget (1999)...and several episodes of Recess

He was also in Tootsie, War Games, On Golden Pond, and most recently on Yellowstone as John Dutton Sr.  He was in lots of things.  "Character actor" as they call them.

Coleman was really great in a limited role as Hanks's dad in You've Got Mail, one of my all times faves...
