Big story has to be Harris and Demski going forward.  No chance we beat anyone left on our schedule without Harris, and probably about the same with Demski.

Agree - Injury report will be very critical. We don't have much hope with them in but without them we have zero hope. All that happened tonight is that the Bombers beat the worse team in the league and the score did flatter the Bombers IMHO.

What I noticed:

You guys exaggerate on how bad the whole team is.   IMO the glaring issues is  Nichols ,  Randle and that soft Zone we run.   Bowman was wide open all night by design which was stupid.

O-line had a great game

D-line had a great game

Thompkins is the real deal,   Wolitarsky the same.    We had a few bad drops but for the most part those misses were all on Nichols.

Nichols is still shell shocked... that bad sack on the first drive he gave up and several questionable decisions.  I can see why he's trying to be the next Buck Pierce going head first.... but he's moving waaaaaay slower then Buck ever did.

The score flattered Manziel big time.  So many wobblers and he had two pick 6's that didn't go through and the fumble in the end zone.   If he didn't have the lucky breaks tonight this game would of been a big time blow out.

Manziel can at times have a rocket arm and other times throw the worst Russ Michna passes ever.  I don't see him in this league after this season.

Refs actually called a good game for once.

At the end of the game when the camera panned to Nichols and Streveler walking  down the sidelines after the TD...  the boys were smiling and energetic with Streveler and very ho-hum with Matty....

Definitely true.

For a while there there was a good chance they would lose, but Montreal is just too bad for that to happen.

Bombers add to their impressive list of quarterbacks they've beaten this season: Drew Willy, Jon Jennings, James Franklin (X2), Jeremiah Masoli, and now Johnny Manziel.

Nichols played as to be expected in my opinion under the circumstances. Very vanilla offence with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 plays. No turnovers was nice to see but you also need to account for the opponent and the fact we led all game.

No killer instinct on this team. The third quarter and first portion of the fourth was difficult to watch. If they play like they did tonight next week in Edmonton, the game will be over at half time.

It's almost embarrassing how badly this team has misused Kenbrell Thompkins this year. His route running, hands, and ability to come down with contested balls is far and away better than anyone we have. Watching Darvin Adams drop balls at the slightest hint of contact is getting a little old.

Back to back punts of 35 and 29 yards certainly didn't help the situation in the second half.

The graphic showing our points scored in the first and second half and where that compares with the rest of the league is just more evidence of how bad this coaching staff is at second half adjustments.

Fingers crossed the injuries to Harris, Demski and Bighill are minor. If not, we're in more trouble than we already are.

There has to be a way to start Flanders. Maybe a two back set with LaFrance to make the ratio work.

Bombers better score on this next drive or it could be lights out. 0 points in the second half so far. Letting Montreal back in it.

Complete momentum killer after O'Shea's failed challenge.
