I understand the older generation grew up on the Western rivalries, but the current generation has enjoyed the ones in the east. We should be staying in the east IMO. Oh well. Thoughts? The most important thing for me is the labor day classic and the banjo bowl, so as long as those are untouched I don't see any big issues. Last time the cash was supposedly to cover costs for flights/hotel that were already booked, because it was after the schedule was already out, correct? Think the league comes out with another reason to shoot us some bucks? Precedent set with Hamilton and Toronto getting no strings attached league money recently. Now all we need to do is go back to those sweet Banjo Bowl jerseys full time. Personally, I'd like to do away with the East/West and have a single division where the top 6 teams make the playoffs.
