are you new here? Good point... I should get a Heatley jersey... except it will say #50in07...

why have one good QB when you can have 12 average or worse QBs!

I'll take Florida for 1000 please Alex...

Tim Stapleton had a pretty good run here... we should re-sign him...

I wanted to "like" this 1000 times... but for some reason this site only allows one

I have no objection to an American team in the CFL... especially in a northern American market that isn't near the NFL... but realistically this conversation starts and ends with the ratio... and the conversation is over...

My first thought was Jovon Johnson... but it was far too articulately written... he greatly overestimates how well off, financially, most teams are... Hamilton wouldn't exist right now if not for Bob Young... for these guys who want one more shot at the NFL, there is no other league that pays even remotely close to as much and offers as much exposure as the CFL does... unfortunately his complaints fall more-or-less under the "comes with the territory" category...

yes the NFL schedule release is a huge deal... they have an hour long (maybe 2 hours) special on NFL Network and there's far too much analysis of the schedule... if you're curious for some insight to the ins and outs of the process here's a good read: http://mmqb.si.com/2014/04/24/making-of-2014-nfl-schedule

I also am not one to get my own name on a jersey... nothing against people who do it, I just wouldn't... I considered getting a Chris Garrett jersey a few years back b/c it matches my first name (although spelled differently) and #19 was my number in sports back in my glory days*... *disclaimer: does generally riding the pine count as glory days?

Pro Tip: on a hot summer day... don't wear a t-shirt underneath... the "breathy-ness" (couldn't think of a better word) of football jerseys make them very comfortable to wear on a hot day...

Not uncommon for casual fans to like "fan-favourite" players over actual good players... I remember the casual fan outrage when we released Jason Vega last year... good player but he certainly didn't live up to the contract he had... Greg Peach... seems like a nice guy, good leader, probably a good locker room guy... but all that means nothing if you can't play...

Not a huge fan of a weds evening game in August... but otherwise, not bad.... Banjo Bowl on Saturday again, but in the afternoon this time...

I assumed they were going for the 10 gamer... which would have been a justifiable request...

I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it... I just didn't feel like reading two long posts this morning...

Wait... the PA thought there should be no suspension??

Can somebody summarize those Goalie posts in a few sentences? thanks...

Simple answer... it depends on how well our prospects develop... we have one of the best group of prospects in league... if a few of them turn out to be bonafide superstars, then we will be contenders in the next 3-4 years...

I like Farmery...

It boggles my mind that a stadium would be designed like that... I remember watching some games in the last year of Ivor Wynn thinking good they'll finally fix that stupid problem with their new stadium... and for some reason they didn't...

Unfortunately he never seemed to fully recover from that ACL injury... too bad, he looked very promising in 2014...

Yes I never thought of them... Tor quietly had a good free agency period adding Bourke, Watman, and Bulke...

@MOBomberfan great video... on the Simpson's theme, here's a good one about Homer on Making a Murderer...

Big Rock is the supplier at Festival this year... needless to say, I consumed many last weekend...

I'm fairly sure only Montreal played 5 Canadians on the oline last year... Cgy normally goes with 4, but I believe they played 3 at some points when they were depleted with injuries...

I think the point is being missed by some people... the point that some people like lebird and Tburg are making is simple... if the team didn't sign Harris, Smith, or Dressler, continued to wear our current navy blue and gold jerseys (or even wore the camo Argo jerseys once)... but then went 14-4 this season and won the grey cup... no one would care about that other stuff...
