It's rare that most of us can agree on something... putting aside one's opinion on whether they should have even been given a third year... we can all, more or less, agree that this is a make or break year.... if the team is not significantly better, it's axe time...

Here's a review from someone who is not much of a comic/super hero fan... I've seen a lot of the Marvel movies and I saw the dark knight trilogy... mostly b/c they're so big in pop culture and they are entertaining for non-comic book fans like myself... anyways, here's my thoughts on it... - I thought Ben Affleck was good as batman... he's generally a pretty good actor so no complaints there... - I had no problem with Henry Cavill... I've always thought of superman a stoic, less dramatic character anyways... maybe I'm wrong about that - Really liked Gal Gado as wonder woman... The only thing I can remember her being in is the fast and furious franchise... and those movies aren't exactly known for quality acting... I thought she was good for this character... - Did not like Jesse Eisenberg... but I had no idea if he was portraying the character properly so it was hard to judge... For all I know he may have been perfectly spot on... - The movie felt really slow in the beginning (I literally almost fell a sleep a couple time)... but it redeemed itself with some good action in the end... - a few people have mentioned in this thread there are a lot of subtle references that casual fans won't get... I am one of those people.... I understand the references to aquaman and the flash, though I don't really know anything about these characters... a couple of you mentioned there was a reference to Robin... I must have completely missed that... - I felt the "rift" between Superman and Batman was forced... then suddenly they're best friends cuz their mom's have the same name?... Overall I'd give it around a 5 out of 10... kept me entertained but I'm not exactly on the edge of my seat waiting for a sequel... some back story on the other characters would be beneficial for us casual fans...

sorry, that was an accident... I didn't even realize that happened... I downloaded the chrome extension from the Jon Oliver website (which I've since deleted, I just kept it for a few days to see if it works.... apparently too well!) cuz I thought it was funny and it must have automatically changed your spelling it in my post...

The idea is interesting as a novelty... but for hardcore AC/DC fans waiting to see the band for the last time, this would be a huge let down...

You'd have to think, at the very least, the republican party should be worried about the swing vote...

I'm really disappointed we never got a chance to see Pantera with Zakk Wylde... which was rumoured after Dime's death and after Phil and Vinny made up... Zakk is one of the few people who could come close to filing Dimebag's shoes...

If it hadn't been side-by-side with then "old" one, I wouldn't have even noticed a difference... even with the side-by-side it took a while to see a difference...

I've never felt I relate so much to a parody song... this is brilliant, gotta love Weird Al... I fight every urge in my body to not be the grammar police constantly around here...

Yeah that's what I had read as well... it sounds like he'll at least be a popular UDFA target...

This is an interesting list.... it sounds like there's anywhere from 10-15 good prospects this year so hopefully we can grab two good ones early... interesting that Dillon Guy seems to have fallen out of favour... are Arjen Colquhoun and Tevaun Smith projected as NFL UDFA signings after their pro days?

This is actually a really great idea... especially for guys who continue to live in Canada, it would be a great way to make some extra coin...

You're 100% right... the logistical problems would be much more significant than adjusting to CFL rules...

I've actually always liked this jersey... not sure how it'll look with blue, but I think a few tweaks will help...

another thing to consider... who is available to coach right now?... I don't mind O'Shea as the ST coordinator but I would like someone in an assistant ST coach capacity to work with the group when he is doing HC things... also for in-game adjustments and coaching...

I hated watching those highlights... so many terrible memories... but I'm really looking forward to seeing #5 and #7 on the right team this year...

Nor did I suggest that... I don't think he can play QB at any level and some NFL people still don't realize that...

First of all... Darren Cameron didn't write this blog, it was written by Rhéanne Marcoux (Social Media Manager).... and secondly... cfl.ca labelled the article "Bombers win Free Agency"... Cameron called it "looking back on free agency" (paraphrasing on those titles...)

not a fan of that Bombers colour scheme... looks too retro Chargers (especially with the lightning bolt) or UCLA...

Just another example that many Americans are ignorant to the CFL game... some figure "well the CFL is like a football minor league so he should have no problem there"...

a little surprising considering they re-signed Messam... wonder if they're looking at Mercer Timmis in the draft...
