That's completely fair but no matter how good Burris could potentially be next year, where does that upside end? Collaros could end up being garbage but I think most of us have liked what we've seen out of him. I think it's a calculated risk we have to take after missing out on Reilly. Collaros' long-term value is far higher and two years of good Burris isn't worth potentially 10 years of good Collaros. I guess what I'm trying to say is, the only way I would want Burris is in the situation where Burris ends up being good for a few years and Collaros ends up a total bust. If both end up good, or both end up crappy, I take Collaros in either situation and since there is no true way to gauge this, I see it as a move we have to make.

He's also been the only one to stay healthy. He's ended up with a decent season considering the circumstances but there were many times early on where he absolutely deserved to be benched.

Boltus must be the worst QB in CFL history, He can't even do short-yardage properly.

I'm digging this idea of going without a head coach for the last part of the season. Hopefully we actually win one of them to prove that literally having no coach is better than Tim Burke.

Also, just because Burke is an abomination as a head coach and we'd probably be in better hands with LaPo, it doesn't mean that LaPo was a competent coach by any stretch of the imagination. People pining for him are brainwashed by seeing him on television breaking down plays.

How does how Levi Brown does have any influence on whether Kyle Walters should continue being GM of this team? What a ridiculous statement.

Boltus will never be ready. He was brought in as a warm body and putting him that game served no purpose. Hall wasn't great. He wasn't even good, but he led the team on a drive to end the half and while the pick-six was entirely his fault, he threw two TD passes (which with this offense is a miracle) and deserved to finish the game. Tanner Marsh throws four picks a game and he gets to finish them.

The highlight of the game for me? Now there should be no doubt in anyone's mind that Buck Pierce is atrocious no matter what team he's on.

The depth on this team isn't good, but there are 4 or 5 different ways to work the lineup better than putting in three import OL. What is his plan here? It can't be talent evaluation or MSW would be in to see what we have there and Pencer would continue to get a shot. But we can't actually be trying to win, right? And if we were trying to win, wouldn't we want to play a guy like Ian Wild, who has been a significant bright spot on the team? Sure doesn't seem worth starting an ineffective Will Ford at his expense.

There were countless other plays that lead to the loss and while that one was definitely the worst, it would be foolish to lay the blame on the guy for trying to make a play and getting a bad bounce.
 
On the other hand, had it been Jovon I would have wanted his head on a platter.

Jovon's specialty is catching the ball and either falling down or diving forward right away for a gain of two. He reminds me of the VERY over-the-hill AJIII his last trip here.
