I disagree with you all, TSN has been doing their part to make me go to home games. It’s called the “Rod Blackout”.

I like parking at the value lot. 10 bucks, 5min shuttle ride to the tailgate area. I love Bomber Game Days! I love going to the games it is the highlight of the week for me on home game weeks!

Lots sand lots of complaining here.  Wow.
Seems like each of you has problems with:
    - Location of Stadium
    - Team Sucks
    - Cost of Tickets
    - Cost of Beer
    - Too late
    - Too early
    - Cost of Beer
    - Cost of Food
    - "It doesn't suit me today"
Winnipeg has always been a finicky City with a touch of residents being cheap.  Not much has changed from what I see.
I've been a season ticket holder since 2011 and usually only miss one game of year due to either work commitments or an early vacation.  Did I mention I live in Brandon?  You know, the City 200 kms to the west of the Perimiter?
Yes, there were huge transit issues the first couple of game, but we still made it there and back.  There was also tons of construction on Pembina and the Perimiter that was needed
The Bombers have pushed many transit, bike and parking options for all fans.  The park and ride from Hydro works great for me.  If it wasn't for picking up family members in the City, I'd likely use the same service from the Downs.  Pay on the way in, free on the way out.  The bus connections on the north side of the stadium have really freed up congestion on the south side of the stadium.
Comparing access with that of Hamilton, Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatchewan, it's not all that bad (Sorry Ottawa and Vancouver, but I haven't visitied you yet).  I've been to Blue Jays (parking), KC Royals (middle of nowhere in City, paid parking, great tailgates though), Minnesota Twins (parking cost) / Wild (turkey trail of tunnels/walkways from train to arena), Flames (parking), Oilers (parking), Miami Dolphins (any transit sucks), and New Orleans Saints (parking downtown) games.  All have their challenges/costs for parking, transit, and access.

If you're still having troubles I strongly suggest you reevaluate you method of transportation because I can drive all the way down pembina to university crescent with very little difficulty. sounds like you just live in St. James and are salty you can't just walk to games anymore.

This is year 6 of the stadium being opened.  44 more years and it'll be time for a new one.  You (and those fans) need to move on already.
IMO, the stadium issues were and NDP problem, not a WBB problem.  Specifically Greg Sellinger's problem for wanting to borrow to build everything (Floodway, Stadium, BiPole 3, Waskwatum, Keeyask).

Don't use the Jets as a excuse.  They were gone for a long time and attendance wasn't any higher. The Moose weren't always there either.  Winnipeg is more a big city than Regina.  Big city people usually don't pay for something they may not use. CFL season tickets are very affordable, buy a couple and go when you can.  The team will have the valuable support it needs. That's why it works here.  People have seen us almost lose our team, no one wants that to ever happen again. People buy season tickets and go when they can, its how we make sure our team is in a solid financial situation.  I know many business owners who have a couple tickets they just give away to customers. I'm not picking on Winnipeg, same happens in Edmonton and Calgary.  Truth is id like to see every stadium full every game, it would make the league stronger and hopefully maybe more money to pay our players too.

My game day experience was great.
After taking the UP express from the airport to Union Station, it was a mess of construction, google maps, walking in circles, and repeat before I found the TTC link down waterfront to get to the game.  It was much easier taking the GO train from the west last year.  The way home to the airport was easy.  Along the way in I did meet a pair of Rider fans from Victoria BC trying to complete their goal of attending games in each CFL stadium.
Walking to the stadium early, I skipped the Argos tailgate and walked over to the private unofficial tailgated on the siuth side of the stadium.  Wearing full Bomber gear, I was apprehensive about walking into someone’s tailgate.  I immediately was welcomed by a great bunch of people.  3 minutes later I was part of their crew, being offered food, beer and even their prized “Jungle Juice”.  These guys and girls did it right... 55 gallon hitch mounted BBQ drum (painted in double blue) cooking burgers, dogs, sandwiches, ribs, and pizzas.
One of the tailgaters was Paul Palma, a short stay Blue Bomber from the 1984 Grey Cup Championship team.
The game itself was great.  The Bomber fans congregated on the west side behind the bench.   Plenty of Blue jerseys in the crowd.  The game was a near perfect road game to attend (minus the two fumbles).  Lots of fist bumps, high fives, and cheers to go around the whole time.

Side note: the Jays did have great suppport all weekend.  I was there Friday and Sunday.  Two big late inning wins.  Hopefully the bats can keep the momentum for the rest of the year.

    Hey Toronto,
It's time again to warm up (or is it cool off) the 28 ounce Stella Artois machine as I am going to buy one or two of these in the first half (yes, these aren't sold in the 2nd half).  BMO Field, here I come.    I'm ultimately ending up in Toronto this weekend and will be attending this game along with some Jays games (Friday and Sunday).
Anyone else form this board going to be their?  Bluto?
I'll be the guy wearing a white 31 Leggett jersey and a white Bombers hat.  I'll most likely start sitting in the south endzone, then move behind the bombers bench to sit with whatever Bombers fans are there.  Pop by and say hello.
PS I bought my ticket on Stubhub for $9US to sit in the endzone.  Works out to about $17 with all fees.  There are two more $9US tickets available next to me yet.  Even for Winnipeggers, this price is cheap.
