I don't understand why they couldn't find an NFL guy with speed that could of taken the spot? Bryant is pretty much just a warm body and Kelly is a guy that can have one good game per month like Brazzell.

I think the o-line once again is the major issue that needs to be worked on. I would not be opposed if they replaced Etch and Tracey with new coaches. Bellefeuille gets another get out of jail free card as the o line really cripples this offense. I say Grigsby gets bounced out to receiver or else used less as a feature back and more of a Durie role....

I just can't find anything to get excited about with the club... I'm happy that Willy is the real deal and Grigsby intrigues me.... it would of been nice had Walters sign anybody decent that could play on either of the lines....

Is anyone losing interest with the Blue for this season? With all the losses and with the Jets and the NFL now on it seems to me that these boards are much more quiet...... It would of been nice if the team brought in a few guys who could of made a difference on the club... but with the same *talent* they have and with all the injuries it's pretty much expected that we won't win any more games this year...

Well the defenses on both teams have picked it up. Ultimately the game boils down to if they give Burris time to throw. Ottawa has an awful returner and no running game..

At this point of the season why would Edm. want to help the RR and potentially lose out on a home playoff game and all those $$$? Nicholls learning a brand new offense and the fact that he has shown only "good" and not much great would make it ideal for them to fleece the Riders in a trade. I think they could get a 1st rounder and a starter for Nichols and some scrub.

Why can't the dead weight on the team ever get hurt? Why is it mainly the guys who are performing.

I could hear crowd sounds.And I was there and I'm telling you it was much quieter than any other play that game. Yeah, I agree. Just sayin' it sounded loud on television... Hard to get a true gauge when I wasn't there. It was dead quiet. Noise was not an issue..

Except for the part where Troy Smith had actual trade value... other than that, pretty solid. I can't remember the original idea but Smith would be the throw in with other picks.

What do you expect the Rider club to say? You think they would ever say Durant is done for the year and that they have zero chance to win? Of course they have no clue if he will be ready by then but it only makes sense to give the fans hope I.e. sell tickets

My original theory was a three way trade involving Montreal with Troy Smith going to Ottawa.... Nicholls may also make sense.

I used to play an obscene amount of games...then I got married...and then had a child.... Now my video game life is dead I used to play a lot of 360... Now I'm back to playing games on PC. Since I'm so far behind on games I can buy most of them off of steam for under 10 dollars and they look and play much better then anything on a console.

I don't think Willy has a bunch of time , but he has enough time for a few reads. My issue is why not Kevin Glenn style quick hitters for 7-8 yards? When they did it for the last two series he had more time in the pocket. Just bad play calling and bad awareness on Willy for not throwing it away at times.

The stadium was dead quiet and theguys were lined up with 5 seconds on the play clock. At two seconds some fans yelled hike the damn ball and they didn't until it was well past the buzzer. Poor execution on Willy no excuses.

Watson was definitely hurt on the field he limped a lot... Denmark blocking is a site for hilarity... Romby is non existent... Kelly I will say is one of the few guys with some balls and drive ... Grigsby can fall down from the wind....

Boss should be angry that he doesn't have a long snapper 5 weeks after he should of signed one..... Boss should be angry that his guys are taking STUPID penalties when the refs clearly are nitpicking against the Blue.... Boss should be angry that his O Coordinator calls a very bad game and has moments of success only for him to then call horrible red zone plays....
