From all shoot interviews that I seen... The guy was a complete selfish a hole. The bionic elbow however was fun!

Because he may get cut simply because Portis is committed. I don't blame Marve but from the clubs point of view why invest in a guy if he's going to be gone at the end of the year. What if he shows well and then bolts to BC at next year? The club would of wasted a season developing a guy for another club.

I just don't think when people go to Vegas for a weekend that they will want to waste a night at a hockey game when there is so many different options for entertainment.

Maybe they cut Brohm and extend Marve?

Marve has bad knees, troubles in the past off the field, and he didn't want to extend his contract. 3rd string usually is the project qb so why waste a season on a guy who won't be around? I wouldn't be shocked if Marve gets cut.

CFL experience is a big asset for him, he really would have to tank to not make a spot.

Aside from BC, Calgary and Saskatchewan who all have much better depth....

At least Etienne had the durability to last through training camp. History of hammy issues... Watson 2.5!!

If they go to Quebec do they bring back the Nordiques name with the awesome blue jerseys?

Ya I preffered watching Mickael Bishop. He won more then those guys did despite coming in with no training camp!

At least Marve has a strong arm.. It killed me watching guys like Brink, Dinwiddie, Hall struggle to make any throws over 15 yards all while being slow as hell.

I doubt anywhere ... Usually its only TV feeds.

Is Marve really a scrambler? I think the main reason he was throwing on the run was because the o line stunk and he had to run to avoid getting creamed on every play.

Why?Because he's our third stringer duhh!

I assumed the reason why Jets fans seem to be patient is because the Jets have an extremely long shot of ever winning the cup having to compete against bigger markets with more money. Meanwhile the Blue are on equal grounds when it comes to salaries and have such better odds of being able to win the cup.

Essentially cutting a NI kicker who hit 90% of his kicks last year in favour of an import before a pre-season game is played is a pretty bad start. Wally probably has his eyes on someone that will shake loose from another team. Younger, faster, and cheaper... Or he's going with two american kickers

Its not the GMs responsibility to keep the players focused. Burke is not hc material and was just awful at it. No excuses at all can be made. Mack wasn't great either but the players quitting in the field is directly the result of Burke.

Heal up Neufeld and then trade him for anything we can get. The team doesn't need guys who can never stay healthy.

I don't think he put much into it in the first place. Probably make 10x back. Lawless / Dreger said that he had around 30 million into the team.
