I don't know about Kyrie being terrible. I sadly remember Hurl taking terrible angles and whiffing on many tackles. Wilson is not nearly as bad as that.

In fairness I quickly skimmed over the game day thread and not everyone is on the bandwagon. Its just the ones who are on the bandwagon are on delusional level 10. I read things such as our 2 big bombs don't really count and if you take those away their defence shut us down. Something about Powell being unstoppable. Zero mentions about 3rd stringers getting pressure on them. I will look forward to regular season play. It will be interesting that's for sure.

He was with Irving who has turned a blind eye on poor play for the last while. That's why it used to be funny when Zalnasky would outright call him out and say how much a player stunk it up. I didn't watch the game so I can't comment on the play of Nichols. We all know that he has a weak arm so it doesn't surprise me that the wind caused some issues with him.

Kenny Walker caught nearly everything that went his way in the first pre season game. I can't see him being cut. I'm guessing Lawler will stay and Bailey gets the cut =\

I'm not sure how much of his real life personality is true... but I watched Dragon's Den this season and Guzzo was an egotistical knob. The Mike Kelly of owners....

I just tuned in, I'd be concerned if I was a riders fan.... Bombers will be making tough cuts at receiver that's for sure. Simonise is not going anywhere, he's a project and he will be given this season to grow.

Wade Miller was on the radio yesterday and made it very clear that the club did not set the prices. He was mostly happy to showcase the stadium and hopefully some of the players who come for the game and who will be cut, those guys may change their opinions of the CFL and maybe a few would be more open to playing for the Blue Bombers down the road. For myself I have the money I could go, I'd just rather spend the money and make a trip of it going down to Minneapolis. More value for the dollars spent IMO. I'm sure they'll get close to selling out.

Ugh to much for me to justify, I can get tickets for really good seats to a regular season Vikings game for a much lower price.

I can't paste the link but a few years back on Last Week Tonight they had an episode dedicated to all of the scams from religions and how so many of them have obscene amounts of money to spend on Jets and luxuries. It showed how much money they bleed from naïve people and how aggressive they are on getting them to pay. It's disgusting.
