The fact that they took Bomber scraps for their depth doesn't really show me that Buono has it anymore.

I disagree with these kind of statements.... Mack brought in lots of good young guys on the D....   what about Washington, Sears, Wild, Turner, Gilmore and a few others?   
His greatest fault of course was the QB and O-line and O-Coordinators which killed us.... but to say he didn't bring in talent on D is a stretch.  

How do the cherries that you're picking taste? Everyone can play this game, we've all been right and we've all been wrong. 

Why would we want Swayze Waters?  First he's an import kicker.  Second, he hit 72% of his FG's last year, 74% in 2012, and he plays in a dome for half his games.  Third, we just re-signed Mike Renaud to handle punting duties.  Fourth we have Liri Hirahaluah who I am sure can hit at least 72% of his FGs. 
 
Not saying it won't happen, but I would find it very, very puzzling.
 

Much rather we bring in Congi and Liri to camp as our kickers.

This is, by far, the most ruthless position to play in the CFL in terms of sticking. 

it's not that they drafted Glenn with the intention of getting Burris and flipping Glenn, it's that when they started to pursue Burris they felt they could do it. Now they're paying 2 starting qbs, one who is angry to not be the starter and one who hates when someone else is breathing down his neck. The Bombers being the only other team that needed a starting qb coming out and saying "yeah we're sticking with willy" is a big FU to Ottawa cause now they've got their qb controversy and they haven't even hit training camp yet. 

The fan base here is simplyb unreal and ridiculious.. I simply mind boggled and disappointed really at the depths in which you guys go to find fault and attempt to imply stupidity and foolish ways to prepare for a press conference.
I mean, some of you are trying your damnedness to what.. Point out the smallest inconsistency and make it like its harpo and the fuckalong gang up there on stage? Stop. just stop. Its not even on a realistic level anymore. Have walters and company not done what we need them to do? excellent head coach prospect, starting QB that a hof QB said was a good choice weeks go..
Lighten the **** up already or go cheer for another team. Im really using the term cheer loosely here because im not allowed to imply the actions of some here as antagonistic.. That would just be a no no as these fans are clearly supporting the team they love. On a fan support page. Full of supportive and folks that bleed blue and gold..

Not for me he's not!

Too many people hated on Jade simply because they wanted him to play to their expectations of a fourth overall pick instead of simply playing like a capable member of our roster.

Some of you sure have some bizarre expectations. This was a press conference to introduce our new starting QB and you want them to provide an honest answer on whether or not he was their first choice or not?
 
"We'd like to introduce our new STARTING quarterback, Drew Willy! He wasn't our first or second choice but hey, he was available!"
 
And suggesting that because they're interested in upgrading the QB stable, they don't feel confident in Willy?

Hall showed an ability to move the ball down the field..sometimes.
 
People seem to have forgotten the last home game of the season when Hall led the team to all of 1 TD and put up something like 150 yards passing.
 
If Hall is our starter next season he will have a few good games, the rest will be mediocre or awful. 
 
He is a capable backup and occasional starter, but in no way can the Bombers hope to get better on offense with Max Hall as a long - term starter.

Yes, lets go ahead and trade a guy who, in a perfect world will be our starter for the next seven or eight years, maybe longer if all goes to plan versus a guy who will be hanging them up in four or five years. Exactly what would we stand to gain in that?
