So the Riders are going to improve from last year, or the Stamps are going to fall back, despite Saskatchewan losing a bunch of key players, and BC is going to be worse with the quarterbacking of the guy who was the primary QB for the 14 win Stampeders last season versus rolling with bum shouldered Lulay and Demarco as they did in 2013?

The CFL doesn't have any control over it though.  Cohon has stated that to people complaining about this TSNGO stuff.  They'd have to prod TSN to do anything like that, but TSN is owned by a cable conglomerate which will only share content with others if they get paid handsomely for it.  They are primarily interested at this moment in diverting people to pay for cable or to keep their cable it seems, and sticking it to other cable companies because apparently the carriage fees aren't enough.

Or he could read the blitz pre-snap when 6 guys are lined up full bore on the line of scrimmage and move his first read onto a route where he has a chance to get the ball out before he's snowed under.  He can pretty safely assume on a blitz like that when he has fewer blockers than blitzers that there will be pressure coming from an outside gap, unless one of his linemen miraculously block 2 guys.  The OL handled that blitz correctly, the QB didn't.

I'd rather have a consistently good OL this year.  The DL are going to rotate either way, and Thomas is going to play significant snaps, neither he or Anderson would play every down.

Can't play special teams, can't block.
 
If we gave Volny the number of carries the last couple years that Messam has got he'd have the same numbers.  We should look at other top 2011 RB's like Cory Boyd.

I don't get the "we'll have to win 41-40" stuff when guys who will mostly be cut or otherwise not on the game roster just gave up 46 points in 2 games playing extremely basic schemes. I think we can pump the brakes for now on the panicking.

BC cut Tim Cronk.  Wild could do it for a bit while they search for someone else.

He had a pretty rough outing.  Could have made a couple first downs by pulling the ball and rolling out on the zone read instead of leading the back into 3-4 defenders, by my count he made 2 good passes, underthrew one completion that Carter snagged off the turf, and over or under threw everything else.  Wasn't bad apart from a few throws is basically a bad night when you're only making a few throws.  He looked better to me live than when I watched the game again, but I wasn't paying much attention live. 
 
Brohm was equally poor.  Only tossed a few catchable balls, a couple of his incompletions were on the money but total rockets that nobody could catch.  He's got a gun but he might need to spend some time on the range getting it under control.

That's dumber than REDBLACKS.

The unions would care if the government went bankrupt because the first creditor that would get screwed in bankruptcy are the pension funds, that goes for public and private sector when it comes to companies/governments going bankrupt.
 
The logic and reality behind Hudak's jobs campaign were both hugely lacking, and he didn't present it in a palatable way either.  How can you cut 100,000 well paying jobs and not sink your economy?  Not your provincial government budget, but the actual economy?

Pretty sure any player in that situation would go through a supplemental draft, and they'd go to the highest bidder with waiver priority, or be eligible in the next CFL Draft depending on when their NI status is approved.  NI players have to go through a draft, they are only free agents if they are undrafted.  I don't think a non-import player can be a free agent without being eligible for a draft.
