No joke, high level pedigree. 6'6 260 4.6 speed 38.5" vert, those are solid wr numbers. Gotta love tall long rush ends who can knock down passes at the line.

Surprised to see jhomo and stoudemire cut before camp. They must have either pooped the bed or the brass felt the young guys weve brought in made them expendable. We do seem to have a real bumper crop of wrs, but before pre season its tough to say how good they will be.

I thought Stoudermire would get a shot at camp. Didn't like him last year but still. On the other receivers, who knows, not enough data to tell.

Spencer Davis - sounded better than he was I guess.

Troy Stoudermire - talent, just too many brain farts, mistakes, whatever you want to call them.

Still more cuts to come I would suspect.. 4 maybe?

Stoudemire just goes to show, don't sign a big contract with this team, they will cut you to save money. 

I'm more surprised about Davis as I thought he looked really solid when he got a chance last year. Stoudemire? Not as much considering he probably had a larger contract

Could possibly also have to do with the fact that he was just plain brutal last year.

Well that's the point, this team is much more forgiving of cheap players who play bad than big ticket players who play bad.

He just made to many mistake for a guy that had been in the league a few years not surprised by the  move  or any of the other ones this team needs to get better and find better players.

Hard to have a guy, just to return kicks.....unless he is real productive - real consistently.  

Stods was up and down on KR's... and not showing much as a back up receiver - with a big ticket to boot.

Walters should have had the confidence to make this decision at the end of last season imo,  Being forthright with vet players who are not in the plans early on is only fair and it gives them a better chance of finding a spot on another team.

Maybe the decision wasn't made until after they saw him and some of his potential replacements at the mini-camp.  Sort of dumb to cut someone when you don't have a replacement yet.  We've been down that road before.

I don't believe Stoudermire was even at this camp.
