Hamilton needs a big play of some sort, from defence or special teams I think.

So often people can be guilty of over simplifying a game. But Swayze making at least one makeable FG in second half and Argos win. simple as that.

 

Argo fans will wring hands over Ray or Creehan etc. but Swayze's whiffs cost them the game.

Semi finals are not guranteed good draws.

Been that way for years across league but every year a media type flips his wig like its its an alarming new trend thats come out of the blue.

Look back over the past couple decades and see how attendance was for semi-finals in both conferences.  26 is probably right around the median, maybe slightly above.

 

For back-to back semis in 2002 and 2003, the Bombers drew 22,000 - 23,000.  For the 2007 semi-final Bombers drew 23,000.  BC, Edmonton and Calgary have never been know to draw great crowds for semi-finals either.  Sasky was 3000 short of a sellout in 2013 for the semi.

I refuse to even refer to myself as an Albertan because of this known fact of them. I prefer, simply, "Manitoban-in-Alberta"....

You may wish to pause a moment to commiserate with Stephen Harper who is currently existing in his personal hell: living as an ordinary person in a city with a gay Muslim mayor, in an NDP province with a Liberal Federal government.

If you look back historically the semi final games have been a tough sell in a number of markets. Especially since the blaking out of games was started.
