best game a bomber C has had here since couture left. Instant, dramatic upgrade. If rando was at t instead of bryant the line would’ve been even better

Only caught the second half but seemed like a good performance. Offense worked better although Calgary's D is pretty bad too.

This was a great game. Might been the most fun I’ve had watching a game in well over a year. Vintage Zach, some good special teams plays, and seeing the kid Singer tear up the Stamps secondary reminds me of the old days of Lawler and Schoen. Just win baby!!

Zach did roll out of the pocket a few times also which was good. He had time unlike before.

He will definitely earn a big contract with the Redblacks next season.

for sure. Singer is listed at 6’ and 177, and if he’s 6’ i’m about 8’3. But the size of the dog in that kid in incredible. reminds me a lot of schoen for sure. Or a cross between schoen and lawler.

He might play him self into a roty spot. 380 yards receiving in 5 games on 19 ypc.

he kind of a Lawler(for catch radius/body contortion) and Schoen (with waggle mastery and routes and being where he has to be), but also a lot of Denmark...smooth and deceptive as hell...can make moves on a ball without having to gear down..and then has some more burst after the grab...and he uses his hands predominately

I honestly thought Nield was gonna **** up the onside kick, Calgary scores a TD, and that would have been a been a perfect encapsulation of our 2026 season.

Instead it's all fiddle faddle foo. We're still a long way from outta the woods, but at least the fans got to see one last win at home this year, and a mostly-vintage Zach performance.

Agreed that the OL got caved way too many times .. Stan continues to look like a shell of himself. If they can ever get that figured out and give both Zach and Brady a chance, then never say never....

O-line generally looked a lot better today. Not perfect but better.

Also, if this was Zach’s last home game in Winnipeg then what a show he put on for the fans.

Imagine starting Singer, Eli, Smith and Texada/Vaval all year.

Still would have had problems but I feel like they’d be fighting for 1st/2nd with better personnel choices from the start.
