That is just not a good take, at all.

I'll add a diverse run game! Running Brady in the A gap all day long out of the same formation won't do it.

This team is just not that good. Their record flatters them. They are as bad as Ottawa.

I predict VAJ will throw for 300 plus yards. Shut down D has become impossible in this league. Which offense is more efficient, combined with timely stops by the D, will win tonight.

Bombers have a good shot if they can get the running game going and Condell doesn’t ignore Brady again. 1 dimensional O won’t cut it this time.

Calgarys secondary isn’t really hot ****. That Defence can be had if their DL is kept under control.

Calgary's D is overrated and can definitely be had. But I don't know what to make of our OL, they should be better than they are.

With 'summer time VAJ' behind centre, Calgary should be better than 2 - 4 right now.

I'm not a fan of Younger and his scheme.

He feels like the LaPolice of DCs in that he's trying to be the smartest guy in the room. Dude needs to simplify, get out of his own way and let players play instinctually.

All that said, I'll settle for our DBs not running around and looking like their lost as this is a game that can go bad real quick. Our only saving grace tonight might be weather which, if they can establish a run game and get Brady going early, should favour us.

Also need to hit them vertical. Can use the bullshit West Coast stuff to get their feet locked and looking downhill but we need a vertical breakout. Calgary is very vulnerable.

I dunno

Lapo as OC = solid

Lapo as coach = smartest guy in room

Lapo really used Harris quite hard. So I’d think he’d actually use Brady better than Condell.

Didn’t mind Lapo the OC. Lapo the coach? Not so much. Tina? Man oh man what a crazy online persona she has

I agree on younger tho. We sub guys in and out every play. No other team subs as much as us. There’s no way to get used to dude playing next to you when he’s always subbing out.

Rain came early. It’s gonna be plus 30 and a heat warning later.

Calgary DBs not great. Calgary DL is. I’d suspect 40 passes for Dru. I hope Stanley Bryant tho doesn’t get Dru hurt.

Our DBs play off 5 10 yards by design I think. A little bit more aggression there wouldn’t hurt and that’s more scheme. Honestly. Try Vaval at corner. Kelly at safety is a scary thing. Moxey has been a huge bust. What we need is a juran bolden type and no I don’t expect that type exactly as they don’t really exist up here anymore but more aggressive play. Be the hammer instead of the nail. Our D has been the Nail far 2 long and mostly cuz of scheme.

Now that we have a qb that is just as good at getting the ball away as the opposition, I'd like to see us pound their D with Brady THEN go to the passing game....I just hope the O Line can open up some decent holes for our running back and maybe' just maybe try a trick play to mix things up...I know that's not part of Osh's MO BUT ain't it about time

I thought Moxey had a great game last week

Then you weren't watching.

He bailed on a bunch of plays.

Reverse to Pimpleton right at him, Moxey kind of steps up to turn Pimpleton in, as soon as Gosselin reaches his inside shoulder Moxey starts running away from the play and gives up 7 yards on a play that's a loss if he just keeps his leverage.

Quit on the 2 pt play to Lewis in OT.

They iso'd him a bunch of times and he still just took 15 yard drops even though there's only one route on his side of the field

He's a major liability for us. Ottawa ate us alive with their field WR (Moxey) as their main target. Rarely see that. But he sure will break out in dance when someone on his side of the field drops a ball.

Sorry I meant to say a different guy, who did play great

There was another play in the second half, where he completely bailed to try and either jump the pass/make the tackle on the slot rec, only problem was Maier threw it to the WR Moxey was supposed to be covering...or at the very least over top of. Turned a 5/7 yard gain into an easy 1st down.

yeah...he was trumpeted as a big signing....and sure rightfully so based on body.of work but so far has been a bust for most part....could have got the same with a rookie with a way higher ceiling

But as it goes here...we all knew....and saw thru camp he basically was handed the job regardless and there was no real competition. There was zero chance he wasnt starting...and even tho some new blood outplayed him....here he is

To me Lamont looked better...heck he looked better than most...guess he wasnt "Vet" enough for Osh or came with same fanfare

It was really telling when Hamilton consistently attacked him in the 1st match up. They knew what he was and took advantage...over and over...

Hopefully Condell decides to use Brady tonight or it could get ugly.

Somebody tell Condell that Brady is only 97 yards away from 6000 for his career. Looking to become the 5th Canadian to do so.

Don't get down 26-9 and it'll be a a bit easier... But I agree, let's actually use the best RB in the league right from jump Street. If they load the box to take away the run, send him out into the flat as an outlet... Just find a way to get the ball in his hands early.

I love Brady but I don't know that he's the best RB in the league. He is maybe the most complete RB but not sure he is the best
