SpeedFlex27 Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Just now, M.O.A.B. said: I'd like GM/HC Milanovich. I like separation of power. With the admin cap, it just sets teams up to keep deadwood right thru to the end of their contracts as what happened in Edmonton & Ottawa. As in Jones with the Elks & Dyce in Ottawa. That damned cap needs to go. 15 minutes ago, Piggy 1 said: Bye Bye ,all I'll say. And id take JY for HC ,I said it during the year. Khari can be OC. I like Jarious Jackson a lot better. An offensive coach with experience being with other teams under different head coaches. He's an outsider & I like that. Piggy 1 and Tracker 2
rebusrankin Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Milanovich is his own OC, correct? That's be an upgrade over Hogan. Piggy 1 and Tracker 1 1
JuranBoldenRules Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Milanovich hasn't won a playoff game in his past six seasons as a CFL head coach. He's got a terrible relationship with a lot of his players. Very up and down, kind of personality that is not direct, cold and passive aggressive. Not really on my list if you want to win. I really think he's suited to running a QB room and really looks at the rest of the role leading a team with disgust. But he's got the same issues in that role too with the human side of the job. 17to85 Posted 52 minutes ago Report Posted 52 minutes ago So would Hamilton not be interested in talking to Kyle Walters about their GM job?

Like I said, Eric Deslauriers https://www.bluebombers.com/eric-deslauriers/ Or Brock Sunderland https://www.bluebombers.com/brock-sunderland/ There's also Jim Jauch who, like Sunderland, has experience scouting players who are familiar with a 100 yard field and goal posts at the front of the endzone. Well maybe not, well no i wouldn’t be but you get my point and based on our O’s production and the use of certain players it would be tough to swallow if the idea is for him to continue to cut his teeth as an oc for the BB’s with the goal of him gradually getting better.
Wanna-B-Fanboy Posted 18 minutes ago Report Posted 18 minutes ago Its like people here have forgotten what it was like pre 2017... If Osh leaves, 90 percent of the posters in this thread are going to be all Man, why the **** did we let Osh go. Why would we not at least give him a chance to correct his mistakes- dude had one bad year... like holy **** guys... get a grip FFS... Noeller and Tracker 1 1

Or Miller may decide to wipe the slate clean & hire an all new front office. Miller better get right down to business.. The off season is two weeks shorter. Stalling for a month or more will just set us back. Idk, I mean we could do worse. A lot worse actually. I’m not sure milanovich would be my primary target, but he’d be better than some junk retread.

I also like the wall between gm/hc over all. But with the limitations of the cap and coaching roster, I think a lot of guys need to do double duty. I think having a hc / agm working with a gm / sdpp(or president) and using that pay to slot in more scouting especially with in the cfl offers a gigantic advantage. 44 minutes ago, 17to85 said: So would Hamilton not be interested in talking to Kyle Walters about their GM job? If we keep JY, maybe as an ast hc, I think he would be an upgrade to mos. With out walters, down grade imo. 12 minutes ago, Wanna-B-Fanboy said: Its like people here have forgotten what it was like pre 2017... The 3 previous seasons to that even. 3 blown gcs, 2 years of heavy under performance due to the roster, Mos and our success are not mutually inclusive by any means. Why not give another strawman a chance?
