On X today, their are  tweets that have said Tre Ford refused to play yesterday. I guess Ford was given a package of plays & wen jackson wanted him to go in , Ford refused because he was pissed off he wasn't starting. If true that he refused to play, he may have been the difference between winning & losing. I'd let him rot on the sidelines & let him walk in free agency. Guys like Ford who put themselves ahead of their teammates then he could be a cancer in the locker room. Yeah, Jones & Jackson screwed up with his playing time. Still no excuse to be so selfish.

Well it did but his hand was still firmly under it. When he rolled/slid the ball touched the ground which makes sense, imo, as the hand can't cover the entire length of the ball. In short the ground wasn't the deciding factor on if he had secured the ball. It was an amazing catch, actually.
